Cadences Of Absonance

Here I stand
On the shores of abandomnent,
Waves quietly at my feet.
All I see is venom!
Venom is all I see
Surrounding me!
Venom!
Oddly it sooths (me),
Quiets my needs
New answers rush at me.
With hateful vengeance,
I throw my soul away,
Conclusions might as well
Be carved out in stone,
(In a) flash of clarity
From exiled sanity-
My mute witness and detested consort
With singularity of my purpose
It quiets my mind!!!
Sinful ecstasy feeds my skin!!!!

The Scorpion

My life, is everything, that feeds my thirst - like other's sin
My wants, are all I care, no shame or guilt - there's nothing there
Look deep into my face, I sell disease, without a trace
Fear not, but I can do, unless you, want it done to you
As I climb onto your back, I will promise not to sting
I will tell you what you want to hear and not mean anything
Then I treat you like a dog, as I shoot my venom in
You pretend you didn't know, that I am a scorpion
My self, and sentiment, there's nothing else, there's never been
My dream, to be left alone, where does sadness - the madness I'm on my own
Look deep, into my soul, its black as coal - like a bullet hole
Fear not, get off your knees, there's no defense - you'll do what I please
As I climb onto your back, I will promise not to sting
I will tell you what you want to hear and not mean anything
Then I treat you like a dog, as I shoot my venom in
You pretend you didn't know, that I am a scorpion
As I climb onto your back, I will promise not to sting
I will tell you what you want to hear and not mean anything
I will treat you like a dog, as I shoot my venom in
Cuz you knew all along, I am a scorpion

Metamorphoses: Book The Ninth

Theseus requests the God to tell his woes,
Whence his maim'd brow, and whence his groans arose
Whence thus the Calydonian stream reply'd,
With twining reeds his careless tresses ty'd:
Ungrateful is the tale; for who can bear,
When conquer'd, to rehearse the shameful war?
Yet I'll the melancholy story trace;
So great a conqu'ror softens the disgrace:
Nor was it still so mean the prize to yield,
As great, and glorious to dispute the field.
The Story of Perhaps you've heard of Deianira's name,
Achelous and For all the country spoke her beauty's fame.
Hercules Long was the nymph by num'rous suitors woo'd,
Each with address his envy'd hopes pursu'd:
I joyn'd the loving band; to gain the fair,
Reveal'd my passion to her father's ear.
Their vain pretensions all the rest resign,
Alcides only strove to equal mine;
He boasts his birth from Jove, recounts his spoils,
His step-dame's hate subdu'd, and finish'd toils.

The Aeneid of Virgil: Book 7

AND thou, O matron of immortal fame,
Here dying, to the shore hast left thy name;
Cajeta still the place is call’d from thee,
The nurse of great Æneas’ infancy.
Here rest thy bones in rich Hesperia’s plains; 5
Thy name (’t is all a ghost can have) remains.
Now, when the prince her fun’ral rites had paid,
He plow’d the Tyrrhene seas with sails display’d.
From land a gentle breeze arose by night,
Serenely shone the stars, the moon was bright, 10
And the sea trembled with her silver light.
Now near the shelves of Circe’s shores they run,
(Circe the rich, the daughter of the Sun,)
A dang’rous coast: the goddess wastes her days
In joyous songs; the rocks resound her lays: 15
In spinning, or the loom, she spends the night,
And cedar brands supply her father’s light.
From hence were heard, rebellowing to the main,
The roars of lions that refuse the chain,
The grunts of bristled boars, and groans of bears, 20

Slow-Poisoning

Slow-poisoning
That's what he
Did to me…

Now, my mind
Is so full of
Venom -
For him,
That if he
Ever comes
Close, he'll
Only get -
Stings from me.

The Successful

I am a member of success,
You are also in my address-
The very resident I know
Over rest, the one to bow.
It is bowling that is problem,
Not real sport, but venom.
I need a vampire to show me
What venom is and to be.
It is bowling and all,
Fruit of a tall ball.

The Beast in Humans

It hisses inside like a serpent
spitting its venom of hate,
giving birth to vengeance
spattered by blood and death.

The serpent of hate, the
birth and rebirth of vengeance,
gives no room for peace,
no room for forgiveness.

And the kingdom of the beast
is recoiled by the serpent
that hisses without rest.
And the venom spreads darkness.

Unadorned Truth

The splendor of nakedness

Truth is like a beaker of unarmed spring water
Truth refreshes
Truth vitalizes
Truth liberates

A half-full beaker of truth
Is like a flowing tributary of mistrust
Is like a fearful lake of drowned love
Is like a trickle of intravenous venom

A beaker of fortified untruth
Is like ravenous cancer
Is like truth incarcerated
Is like fangs without the venom

Unadorned truth is the splendor of nakedness

Defamatory

what you said
was too defamatory
you paid him money
to tell a lie
and he got the money
and told the lie
the lie becomes a snake
with sharp fangs
the fangs contained the venom
and now
it spits back at you
you may not be dead
but i know that you are numb
for more lies
you too has become the snake
that spits the venom
that has grown fangs
now so immune
you manufacture all the lies
in that snake pit

Venomous Words

If evil could speak,
You'd be its words,
Vile creature you are,
you bend unbendable wills,
You've snapped my thoughts,
with your words of evil.

Your evil speaks,
and cuts me deep,
your words so vile,
you lie a gentle kiss upon my flesh,
then bite my unpenetrable skin,
Your poisons, penetrate,
filling my veins.

like the evil that surges, this venom does to,
finally it reaches my heart,
killing me instantly,
your words like venom,
Spread so violently.
