Shallows, Crystal Clear
Moss covered stones line the river’s edge,
thus there is no need to dredge.
Water’s flowing swiftly on its way,
for it cannot ever stay.
A prying vole peeps, sussing the scene,
with his nose alert and keen.
He ventures forth to forage about,
far from his discreet hideout.
But shy is he, when disturbed he’ll flee.
sanctioning no scrutiny.
I see insects, they all please the eyes,
ladybirds and butterflies.
Swarms of gnats gyrate and pirouette,
above playful ripples, wet.
May flies hover in the warming sun,
as their forerunners have done.
Buzzing bees searching for nectar new,
among the wild flowers, pursue.
Grasshoppers jumping around my feet,

Cherokee
White solemn smoke from distant hearths rising,
Cherokee spirit of his ancestors in a white vastness,
a spotted appaloosa, chestnut-white, vapor-snorting
the snow is abundant, and the game scarce or less.
All platitudes by wise-tribes-men appear visceral,
but within he feels it.. Icy plains with an outrageous,
erasing of buffalo tracks, strange to signs conferral,
oppose of his elders sacrifices and Great Spirit's vows.
Each tree in this forest, contains an ancestor's
killed warrior's soul, inside to abide; And the souls
gathered amid, constitute a great entity to endorse,
make a continuum to accept his tribe's prayer-calls.
A brave, Long Warrior of Tanasi, a vigil for his kin,
Impertinent oracles, about altered times advent,
and a demise of a numinous endorsement to win,
mal-spirits in a cadavers dance, a warrior's abetment.

An uncertain stage
Uncertainty in mind may puzzle
clouds may hover and rain may dazzle
it may do the work for rest
why not we deliver the best?
i do take it as test
act as per conscience whichever comes first
no double mind for what to do
you have to think fast and go through
it is not good to have double mind
something you have to think and find
it must make headway and take you along
it must make aware of what is right and wrong
It may not go well with the time
Still you may not be committing the crime
It may upset you in that particular moment
But still you have clear mind not to resent

Words to speak
Give little room for mind to wonder
The dark clouds will hover and thunder
The rain may dropp on mother earth
To give relief to many and escape the death
Words can travel at the speed of light
Meets the friends far away and no need to write
Convey the message of love and come back
No confusion, no loss and nothing at stake
Who stops us from sailing on high seas?
Heart too feels romance and that too at ease
Make easy float among many colorful fishes
Finally the time has come to end with fine finishes
Words can paint person like devil
Can hide nobility and praise evils
It has double edged side
It can create repercussions very wide

Smoke of Violence
He works squeezing strength,
Sweating body, agonizing soul,
Moulds and re-moulds,
Shapes and reshapes,
The metals hard.
Loads on and unload cargoes
From the ships and trains,
Breaks into pieces,
Heads of the boulders,
With the force of shoulders,
Lays them straight to make the roads
Leading to destinations.
Contrives dams to block water,
Or turns tracks of the rivers,
Builds houses and hotels,
And sky-scrapers too.
He blackens his whole being,

Counting Crows
Five jet black birds hover
In an ominous flight above head
Whilst I stood amidst the sea of luster
This gilded outgrowth of summer possessed
They spun obliviously, maladroitly,
Entangling and severing lies
And when the sun hides
In the foliage of white pages
Brewing a concoction of lightning,
Thunder, rain, and mistral wind,
The crows would perch in a leafless tree
Forking its branches into the sky
Asking for alms, shearing the charms
Of false hoping and the crows
Beckon the sedentary peril
Lurking like panthers behind the curtain
Of inevitable and malignant fate
Watching and calculating
In ravine and vulpine askance
And every gloaming one crow would fly

The Road to Roma Jail
It's a long road, a cruel road, the road to Roma Jail,
birds in all the branches mocking as you pass,
the spiteful little soldier-bird, the stupid old jackass,
crying 'One, two three of them; riding head to tail'.
On the long road, the cruel road, the road to Roma Jail.
Crookedly the track runs beneath the grassy skies
silver shines the mulga, golden glows the plain,
Bullocks in the barley-grass start and stare again,
stockmen at the station-yars, watch the white dust rise,
but one man, jogging on, dare not raise his eyes.
Pride of life and wild blood, all must pay the toll,
stolen horses' mouths are hard as misers hearts
none knew where the end is once the journey starts,
and Steve rides a long ride to reach a bitter goal
where black imps, grinning imps, hover round his soul.
It's a long road, a cruel roaadm the road to roma Jail,
a trooper rides behind you, a tracker rides before,

Kneel Before This Fictional Power
Kneel before this fictional power,
Bow to those whom stand above,
the ones whom hover over us thinking were mere pigs wallowing in filth,
While you eat as a king, remeber One day you shall be like us...
Eat your fortunes for now, They soon shall be taken, and passed around,
passing all you were, or passing around all you thought yourselves to be.
Kneel before this fictional power,
We strive for nothing you have,
Because what you have is a fiction,
Disgust filled you are, to rotten from outside, to core,
Your decay, doesn't reach us though,
It stays above poisoning all of you.
Kneel Before this fictional power
Rest upon this crimson shoulder,
Brothers and sisters remeber this day,
We begin to rise from the opressions opressed upon us,
We lift ourselves up, we gift upon the world a new day,
Love whom you love, hate whom you hate,

Grey Stones
I picked the stones grey,
Over eighty years aged.
When on them my ears lay,
Hear the melodies
Composed in yore days…
Music removes dust on my ancient mansion
With countless empty rooms,
All in antique fashion:
Miracles and mysteries
Hover over it always.
My rich grandmother
Ever spreads her wings,
And the rustics poor seek refuge under;
Homes father with cakes
And gather the kids with open beaks.
Behold the cat eyed maid,
Through my windows,

A Split and a Heart Break! ! ! !
Playing on the flute, gently holding the instrument
Eyes half closed, in a trance or a kind of enchantment.
Oblivious to the presence of all loved ones around
Perhaps in conversation with someone lost, not found.
A precious soul mate, who without giving reason, forsake,
Could one turn so cruel, pay no heed to the heart break.
Love is meant to nourish and nurture and bring rapture
Here sat my cousin, with a soul in torment, fractured.
It’s in the genes, or an imbalance of hormones,
To be split in two, pronounced the neuro surgeon.
Knowledge has limitations… why does the spirit
Hover between moments of coherence, I wonder as I sit.
No one heard any sound of a cry, as tears had dried.
But is it humanly possible to forever hide behind a lie.
At times it seems there is a smile and a light on the face.
Giving a glimpse of what once was… illusion, no trace.
