Quotes about cookie, page 5
His Kiss
His kiss is soft,
His kiss is sweet,
His kiss is warm.
His kiss is tender,
His kiss is sexy,
His kiss is hot.
His kiss is hard,
His kiss is wet,
His kiss is cold
His kiss is Love.

When in wonder I come
some beauty to see
through seasons that run
and ripe in me
wheels of fortune I break
each time I fortune take
a cookie to eat but never really read
a message that's meant only for a fate
that reads me far from my freedom need

The three-year-old who lies about taking a cookie isn't really a liar after all. He simply can't control his impulses. He then convinces himself of a new truth and, eager for your approval, reports the version that he knows will make you happy.

A lot of the television industry is so cookie-cutter. In general, there are so many shows that are easy and bland to watch. You can tune in at any time and know exactly where you are in the story arc because it's pretty much the same every week.

It is not secret here in Congress we have not had the discipline in many instances to keep our hands out of the cookie jar of Social Security. Now to stop this I propose that in the future that Congress cannot get its hands on the money in the first place.

Antipoem 02
he was stealing roses
to give to her mother
because it is her birthday
and the world says
the crime is still a crime
and like all other criminals
the boy must be tried
and be duly sentenced
pursuant to the evidence
(now change roses to
bread or fish or a cookie)

Morning Compromises
breakfast is heavy on the
table
you only pick a cookie
and take
a sip of coffee
then you watch a part
of TV's morning news
then you leave without a
note of where you are going
you lock the door of the house
and the windows too
the dog stays with a neighbor
the car engine starts
you drive on a compromising idea
you will be back

In Their Interest To Protest
The only ones blamed for emptying the cookie jar,
Are the ones who came with attempts to explain...
With a doing of their best to correct the situation.
And yet...
Those who assisted with the theft and knew the thieves,
Have decided it is in their interest to protest with the rest.
While continuing to profess being diseased by amnesia!

As I Become
I feel naughty, like a little girl
Violating a cookie jar
A kind of mischievous bad girl
I find humor in my sneaky ways
I trick you
Subconsciously I hurt
Emotions splurge
I mourn for you
If they only knew
My selfish ways
They wouldn’t be so intrigued
For I am nothing but an insecure, two timing young woman
Finding herself within others pain

All in a Day's Work
One or two pieces of candy
A few potato chips
A spoonful of rocky road ice cream
Going past my lips
A sliver of apple pie
To see if it tastes as it should
A morsel of a cookie
Just to make sure it is good
A bite of chocolate cake
Two nibbles of a pastry roll
I don't think of this as snacking
For me, it's quality control
