Meaning

I heard the music booming
Shortly then, the sirens whining
And then night came falling
Then the judge in claiming…

I heard the children weeping
For a fair meal in keeping
Fragile limbs without feeding
Yet thrown into the York of living

I heard the noise fading
The music cut out of tuning
Yet the rhythm lingering
To remind us of our meaning

We are hope just being
A faith that keeps shifting
Souls always seeking
We are one in changing

172.A Bridge Too Far

Tender music trumpeting thunder
Needle rain declaring devastation
Stationary souls enacting cosmic binding
Berated lover pines for the love

Agonizing perfume stimulating the mind
Soundless anklets undermining the nerves
Oscillating garment hunting for space
Unearthly lady fair, endeavors a crack

Distraught hands enslaving the locks
Enamored body tuning up the trend
Firefighting lips palpitating all over
Everlasting night enlists another encounter

We Just Know

Central to the nose
Line down

Lips
Tip the balance

Upon red
My own settle
Build

Internal tides
Heave
Flood in
Thermal swathes

Tuning intumescence

Hands firm
Soft eyes mist
Blinding out reality

Seperate Reality

You came from a non-physical reality.
We won't ask you to act accordingly
until your 'tuning' to the frequency
is complete.
We will not expect you to compete.

You will return to
a non-physical reality
when your body meets it's demise
no matter what you think you cannot do.

Is the lesson complete?
There is only one test for the answer...
if you are still able
to draw another breath, it's not.

It is the belief in what you cannot see
that is what you need...
and nothing that you're convinced
you've got.

Peaceful Soul

Sitting alone on a green grass
Is what gives me peace,
Watching the birds in a shady clear sky
Is what gives me peace.

Walking slow in pearly raindrops
Is what gives me peace,
Tuning low under the reddish sunset
Is what gives me peace .

Feeding the hungry helping the blind
Is in what I find the innermost peace
Gifting a smile snatching a teary pain
Is in what I find the innermost peace

Peace is in walking in twilight on the riverside
It is in feeling the most eternal reality of life!

Keys Of Memory~6191

Memory
Plays the keys
Of my heart
Just like a Baby Grand

The melody-the tune
All off key
In an orchestra
Of fine tuned instruments

I follow the music
With my minds eye
To where-ever it leads me
And into the depths of Ballads
Of 'HeartBreak'

I, at last find myself
Locked-tethered-chained
To memories, bitter and sweet
Despairing and off key with no

Henry Van Dyke

Shelley

Knight-errant of the Never-ending Quest,
And Minstrel of the Unfulfilled Desire;
For ever tuning thy frail earthly lyre
To some unearthly music, and possessed
With painful passionate longing to invest
The golden dream of Love's immortal fire
In mortal robes of beautiful attire,
And fold perfection to thy throbbing breast!

What wonder, Shelley, if the restless wave
Should claim thee and the leaping flame consume
Thy drifted form on Viareggio's beach?
Fate to thy body gave a fitting grave,
And bade thy soul ride on with fiery plume,
Thy wild song ring in ocean's yearning speech!

Lost is Found

Think! Colour reels night’s shrouds from morning sky.
Metamorphosis opens chrysalid
to imagOnation’s vibration hid
by darkness which itself at last must die.
Soul slumber tuning to the light may fly,
discards discords, hard heeled angst well rid -
unneeded now, unheeded not forbid.
Inklings fountain free and answer “why”,
discover, covers closed, pressed sheets laid by.
Lost is found, as reader’s mind may bid
goodbye to weary fears and tears amid
inspiration freed, - once held back by sigh.
An ‘I’ finds gift of second sight to spread
fair wings which stretch clear spirit, steer ahead...

We Come this Way Once

W e come this way just once as Fate prepares
E ffect and Cause to synchronize one chance
C ombining opportunity, advance,
O ffers options, often unawares.
M ost we should make, not take, as soul soul bares,
E xtending trust which must itself enhance
T enderness, awareness, - each shared glance
H as force to steer life’s course, to pare the layers
I mposed by daily drudge which seldom airs
S incerity authentic or romance
W hich might unite to lighten future stance
A nd answers find to mind’s most secret prayers.
Y ears into seconds may encapsulate
ONCE to forever, tuning into Fate.
