Quotes about alien, page 6

A strange object in the sky

People were streaming out onto the streets
all looking nervously upwards at the sky
some were pointing others transfixed
as children cried shouting 'Are we going to die? '
What was this strange spherical object?
all Yellow and shining so bright
was it some kind of alien being?
whatever it was it looked an awesome sight.
It was giving out a strong warm heat
which contrasted to all the usual rain
people were saying they'd seen it before
not here in England but in Portugal and Spain.
Then after a few days the object went away
leaving some people badly burnt and Red
but Astronomers and experts gave the thing a name
it was a Star called the Sun they all said.
So it wasn't a scary Alien threat after all
and some people even longed for it's return
but they said the only bad thing about it was,
it made their bodies hot, skin peel, and face burn!

American Idiot

don't wanna be an american
don't wanna nation under the brains of india
And can you hear the sound of hysteria?
tat is wat it meant to be america

welcome to their new kind of attention
all across its alien nations
where everything is meant to be ok
terrorism is their dreams of 2moro
we are not the ones who are meant to follow
for thats nothing about to argue

well maybe i am a maggot for america
i am not a part of their parasatic agenda
nobody wants to do the propaganda
and they sing along till they get anoia

don't wanna be an american
don't wanna nation under the brains of india
And can you hear the sound of hysteria?

Specters Overcome

The pain of life ebbing,
coaxes forth vocal declarations.
Alien to one's true character,
as the mind ravaged by infirmity.

By specters, rationality over run.
At the tottering sense of logic, demons feed.
Control of all response ceded unwillingly,
to gargoyles and despots of vile intent.

Such display alien, to sane normalcy.
All without depressed disdain, suffer naught.
Lend your prayers with those of others
this malice, by warriors of virtue conquered.

Be it known to those who mourn.
Spirit warriors of the Supreme, stand ready.
With sword's flashing blades bared.
To escort stalwart legionnaire home.

A Fight For Your Life!

The super alien spies are all from Mars an’ bugger
By god they masquerade as coloured sugars,
An’ even name a chockie bar after their planet
Then cross the oceans on the back of a gannet
When you’re a youthful twenty
And live the life of plenty.
You think your body is invincible,
The enemy loves every part of your body
Aliens attach their weapons around you
To wear you and your heart apart,
Very clever to disguise their weapons as fat
Not just ordinary fat but wobbly jellified weapons
To fill your jeans an’ make you look full o beans.
This woeful plot the aliens ply for your heart to attack you
An’ die; don’t be fooled with those coloured sugars.
Run for your life buy some joggers an’ walk from the buggers
The irony is when you walk, those alien dormant sugars
Are forced from the tum to the leg muscles for power to kick those aliens In the butt and get you healthy wealthy and wise.
You see the light?
Get up from the couch and rise Sir Healthy Lot!

I Am Faithful To The Earth

Listen!
There grows a magic,
In the farms of my eyes,
Of curiosity of the alien directions.
There descends,
The food on my ears of unheard sounds,
And my feet have to stamp their prints
On the un-ravished dust
Of some un-reflected planet.
My nose is alive with an urge
To inhale fragrance of some alien soil,
And tongue is fasting with a yearn
To taste the dithering juicy fruit
Of shadowy trees rooted in the fertile soil
Of some unexplored planet.

From the Earth to space, I have to lay
A network of the radiant routes.
I have come to you after dowelling
My defiant horse of brilliance;

The God-man

The horror of partition
The holocaust of maddling crowds
Still haunts from his childhood
To this age where he adorned
The mantle of a priest
Of an alien faith
As the faithful fled
And abandoned their Gods
As the pointed dagger
Of the perpetrators
Gave option to leave
The near and dear.
The ten hundred years old temple
The abode of Gods and their better halves
Left unfed and unattended
Left without an 'Aartis'
And the mountain ranges
Hovering the clear lake
That looks beautiful on starry nights
Looked desperate for left

Hang My Head (Revised)

A slightly disorientated alien on a strange
every-morning planet, convinced I am in the
wrong place, so busy with wholly irrelevant
activities - feeling unwelcome

My office role confused - kept in solitary
confinement on meaningless research, key
is "meaningless" - this is another's life, it
cannot be mine, no imagination required

Add one fanciful notion and an ethical principle
of faithfulness to original text is compromised,
looking up financial terms, checking every verb,
uselessly comparing alternatives -

I hang my head and cry…

Started a New Play

My Scorpio colleague jumps into the day
with ice-cold precision and complete lack
of existential angst, no other emotion than
irritation apparent, the beautiful easygoing
Libran saunters gracefully through wide
scope projects that scares the little alien
clinging to the rafters in my head to death

Today the little alien is into Freudian self-
destruction and sabotages everything I do,
Agony Aunt within me gave up in disgust,
my inner Alice has withdrawn and only a
shell is left – luckily my characters have
started a new play and the story unfolding
makes a wonderful day, thank you

Thank you to everyone who consented to
appear in my life to become archetypes
populating my fictional universe, it is so
wonderful when I meet you here, creating

The disaster

In multitude of eyes,
Away from parental views,
With pride given by foes,
Calmly, solely, she rides.

Abyss low, the fort beside,
Her soul wanders and slides.
In cold currents, the bride
Calculates her tides.

In the parental pouch,
Ornaments and riches
Pile up as heaps to catch
For her a better match.

‘Jewels by joy designed
To ravish the sensuous mind’
Lie in vain, fully blind,
Gloss and glamour to end.

My sacred ant

The milk bottles were resting amidst geraniums
on the doorstep this morning,
to be picked up with half-open eyes

but then, put down in the alien land
of steel sink’s draining board,
two ants caught in their morning explorations
who had inadvertently hitched a ride, jumped off;
and now, bade fair to steal my heart;

two chaps who lived to work,
they presented the soul of agitation –
backwards and forwards on the steel sink they scurried,
seeking orientation, seeking to continue their allotted work
in an alien land where the sun
had spun a cartwheel in the sky

how to return such swift and now so agile movers
to their colony which lurks around the wooden gatepost
as if around some benevolent totem,
