The Dark Temptation

When the sweet dish
just melts in one’s mouth
one then tends to cherish
the tasty chocolate mousse

When one drinks milkshake
especially the chocolate one
one says, ”What a tasty make! ”
and asks” How was it done? ”

When one eats a chocolate cake
they say, ”The cake was damn good”
they ask”Please tell us how it was baked
So that we can make it if we could”

But what is the main ingredient
in these superb deserts?
“Its chocolate”- THE BRILLIANT
that adds magic to these deserts

A Ball That Eats Would Truly Astound

My dad bought me a brand new ball,
So we went out for a stroll,
How it made me feel ten feet tall,
He said let's take it for a roll.

As we headed to the park,
His comment made me think,
Was what he said just a lark,
Or had he been on the drink.

When he stopped at the burger bar,
I thought has he gone mad,
His behaviour really was bizarre,
Perhaps it was just a fad.

As he ordered he was asked,
How many do you need?
He said as a Dad I've been tasked,
To ensure everyone gets a feed.

Our Indian politicians

Clad in white clothes from top to bottom,
These bright smiling faces are the symbol of our politics,
They determine the destiny of our country,
They are worried over the country's progress
As well as their commission,
They get in the work budget,
They are busy in siphoning off people's money.
Their exterior is very bright
But the interior is very dark,
They are eating away the country
As the white ant
eats away the wood.
They are hounds in the guise of
goat,
Who eats away its own little ones.
Their palatial residence,
Their fleet of luxury cars,
Are evident
Of their illegitimate earnings,
They can put even their country at stake

Each Day Still Lingers.

Each day she’s there in the cafe
Sitting in the same seat with the
Same shopping bag and the same
Coat as she drinks tea and eats a
Large blueberry muffin which she
Eats without delicacy but a great
Deal of pleasure and as you sit you
Study her taking in each aspect of
Her right down to the way her black
Shoes have worn down at the heal
And the lone gold ring on her plump
Finger and you think maybe she was
Married and he got away or died or
Ran off with some younger or slimmer
Other and as you muse she raises her
Mug of tea and like a child she seems
To look at the inside of the mug as she
Lifts it up and maybe you think her grim
Mother told her off once for doing just
That and smacked her hand but now that

My Storyline

The ear hears words as the mouth eats food,
But my ink flows to tell you a story.
A bard's storyline like my storyline,
A film's storyline like my storyline,
With the children of a mixed race amons us like,
The work of the Creator with His creation.

The writer and his words,
The ear hear words as the mouth eats food;
Do the sitting as i do the knitting,
Do the strutting as i do the remitting,
Do the batting as i do the betting,
Do the totting as i do the vetting,
Do the fitting as i do the netting,
Do the spitting as i do the jetting,
Do the spatting as i do the putting,
Do the getting as i do the petting,
Do the letting as i do the twitting,
Do the quitting as i do the potting,
Do the wetting as i do the tatting,

My cat

Written for a friend who has a cat called Midnight Ninja

My cat jumped out of a window
Three storey building tall, out of curiosity
If he had spoken to me about the city
I would have taken him there by car
Don't know how my cat survived
Guess that is why he had nine lives

My cat is dark black and slim
Midnight Ninja I call him
We work together well as a team
I have taught him a few tricks
Sometimes he does not know
Which of the tricks to pick

He can stand on two legs
And he knows how to beg
For food when I am in a good mood

For Molly, Concerning God

Is God the one who eats the meat
off the bones of dead people?
-Molly Miranda Jong-Fast, age 3 1/2

God is the one,
Molly,
whether we call him
Him,
or Her,
treeform or spewing
volcano,
Vesuvius or vulva,
penis-rock,
or reindeer-on-cave-wall,
God is the one
who eats
our meat,
Molly,
& we yield
our meat

We're A Psycho Family

Taken from my up-coming Ramone's tribute site-

The Rot-Mones-A Horror Parody

We're a psycho family
We're a psycho family
We're a psycho family
Me, mama and daddy

We're a psycho family
We're a psycho family
We're a psycho family
Me, mama and daddy

Going out on the streets
Knocking off those ugly drag queens
'Cause we found out
They've all been eating cans of refried beans
Now we're on the covers of all the magazines
Gulpin' down razor blades and thorazines

The Haschish

Of all that Orient lands can vaunt
Of marvels with our own competing,
The strangest is the Haschish plant,
And what will follow on its eating.
What pictures to the taster rise,
Of Dervish or of Almeh dances!
Of Eblis, or of Paradise,
Set all aglow with Houri glances!
The poppy visions of Cathay,
The heavy beer-trance of the Suabian;
The wizard lights and demon play
Of nights Walpurgis and Arabian!
The Mollah and the Christian dog
Change place in mad metempsychosis;
The Muezzin climbs the synagogue,
The Rabbi shakes his beard at Moses!
The Arab by his desert well
Sits choosing from some Caliph's daughters,
And hears his single camel's bell
Sound welcome to his regal quarters.

Drop Kick That Evil

We've got to get together and defeat the beast that eats...
Any remnants of peace!
That beast wants to cease a potential feasting of peace,
Released.
And this keeps a people teased by evil.

We've got to get together on collective feet.
And march together in a harmonized beat.
To sweep away the preaching of what's evil.

Drop kick that evil.
Like a football kicked right over a goal.
Drop kick that evil.
Don't leave it in your hands to hold.
To get tackled and crushed up.
Laying flat on a knocked out butt.

We've got to get together and defeat the beast that eats...
Any remnants of peace!
We've got to get together on collective feet.
