Quotes about mention, page 6
Lie and canard
It is blatant lie and canard
No one is allowed to say a word
Especially for a saint and father of nation
How can such lies are spread for any such relation
A lie can not become truth
Thousands of tales can not prove
A father of nation may live in our heart
We were give new light to start
How a nation can build reputation?
Can meet aspirations and live unto expectations
We need not show progressive world what we did
They have their axe to grind and find no lead
A legendry figure and respected world over
He needs no mention or special cover
The sun and its image can not be tarnished
They will stand high even if whole world is finished

Not Within Sight Of My Comfort Zone
You've wounded yourself,
With self pity.
And...
You've stunk up good intentions,
Not to mention the burning of the bridges.
And...
No one thinks a maturity grew.
This is proven in observing things done you do.
And I,
Volunteered...
To bring to you happiness.
Or show you how to lead,
If you learn how to follow.
But you wont allow yourself,
The experience of acceptance.
You've wounded yourself,
With self pity.
Not to mention the burning of the bridges.

No specialty
I have no worthwhile specialty
It may not be considered as good quality
Yet I go on working as ordinary man
Never intend to stop and go as much as I can
History may not take note
No attention may be caught
No worthwhile mention or appreciation
But I will be undoubtedly remembered as simple citizen
No may call me as traitor
Not even mention as bad administrator
They may not frown at me as collaborator
And this I feel is worthy and suitable indicator
I have so many desires
I can’t go on receiving the satires
It doesn’t suit to my style of functioning
As I am afraid of any questioning

Boring Internet Literary Forums
Like me do you find Internet Poetry Forums a bit of a bore
A five minute browse there seems seems enough little more
For me one who is not known to be bright
I do like more humor and less complex subject matter than those who delight
In discussing poets who took life so seriously such as Eliot and Poe
Their legends in death even does seem to grow
And though their poems quite great it does seem fair to say
That their words will not have you laughing all day.
They seldom mention Burns the poet who laughed at life
The children he fathered not all to Jean Armour his wife
Yet he loved all of his offsprings and none of them did disown
'Tis from such a person a true legend has grown.
And they seldom do mention the great Oscar Wilde
For his sexuality by snobbish rednecks reviled
Reading Jail's most famous inmate people like him so rare
As a humorist and writer one beyond compare.

They Care Not
There seems to be everywhere, intelligent people who don’t care,
About things of God we cherish; thought of God they just perish,
When speaking of God, they just sigh, as their Creator they deny,
Indifferent to the things of God, ending talk with a confident nod.
Whether for God, they’ve no time, or He never crosses their mind,
What all need to understand, their departure could be well at hand,
Departure from this temporal earth, without the Lord and new birth,
Means an eternity of darkness friend, as this life comes to an end.
Some people seem so far away, as words of God we have to say,
With intelligent people so aloof, even with all that unspoken proof,
While their words deny our Lord, not to mention, He goes ignored,
As they live out their daily life, there is no mention of Jesus Christ.
It’s not only men we pass each day, who may think the wrong way,
But, it’s our friends and family, who sigh at any talk about eternity;
The Lord our God they don’t need, so God’s Truth they don’t read,
Ignoring all Truth, revealed to us, they share not our hope in Jesus.

Without a Hint of Wisdom
Caught up in the 'what ifs' and 'whys'.
And not seeing eye to eye with a reality
That has longed called for their attention!
No one wants to mention that.
They would rather play cat and mouse games.
And play tag with an upcoming disaster!
This will be their glory!
And their claim to fame.
This they play...
Is the ignorant game,
Played their way!
Caught up in the 'what ifs' and 'whys',
Have been those who chose to lie all their lives.
Storytelling their way to prescribed drugs!
And many find them pleasant to be around.
It then becomes no secret kept as to 'why'.
This they play...
Is the ignorant game,

Assured Through Christ
Thoughts on Heaven are never said, until a loved one here is dead,
And words are said, that aren’t true, said by friends and family too,
No mention of eternal death or life, and no mention of Jesus Christ,
But, since a loved one here has died, now up in Heaven they reside.
The majority of souls today assume, that from Hell they are immune,
From their very time of their birth, until that time they leave this earth,
Based on that premise they are good, which is generally understood,
But during this life, The Good Lord, by that large majority, is ignored.
The very God, Who gives man breath, is ignored by many until death,
That of a loved one, friend or family, who then, speaks of an Eternity,
Although finding it hard to remember, even by a close family member,
When they spoke of a belief or faith, in The Lord or His Saving Grace.
We all know men who love the Truth, and some who display no proof,
Of knowing the One, Who we love, or are even mindful of God above,
Yet, when death comes to the door, they’re placed on Heaven’s shore,
Not aware of what’s revealed to us, through the words of Christ Jesus.

New dimension
I fully agree with discarding the "ism"
Not disregarding totally their "ism"
As it has remained age old tradition
To confine with one and only condition
We are no authority to malign
Not to force any one to align
Wrap up in our thoughts
Some of the lessons forcibly taught
Let individual sticks to his own belief
Trust and profess that gives him relief
For worldly worries and tension
So it will be worthless for anything to mention
Yes nationalism has something greater role
Unity is must among population for honest call
To Breath for universal love and to profess
The kind of "ism" that has not been heard on surface

Any Prince To Any Princess
August is coming
and the goose, I'm afraid,
is getting fat.
There have been
no golden eggs for some months now.
Straw has fallen well below market price
despite my frantic spinning
and the sedge is,
as you rightly point out,
withered.
I can't imagine how the pea
got under your mattress. I apologize
humbly. The chambermaid has, of course,
been sacked. As has the frog footman.
I understand that, during my recent fact-finding tour of the
Golden River,
despite your nightly unavailing efforts,
he remained obstinately
froggish.

Castle in the air
I try to come closer but unable to do
Fail to look in her eyes but that too proves untrue
What else can be done to prove my existence?
A stage of no control on mind in her presence
I try to build castles in the air
But it looks funny and unfair
If I can’t approach her with some authority
It is sign of weak person and bad quality
I am least concerned about a year nearing to an end
I am person of weak and unstable mind for anything to send
Neither a word of attachment nor a sign of true feelings
Inner cells are dying slowly with almost conscious killing
If such is the case with her presence
What can be state of long absence?
I fear about the unforeseen consequences
I try to find some lovely words with sentences
