Quotes about travel, page 6
My travels in the hell
It is hard and so teadius travel to me
though my travel is a nice car
The roads, I ve travelled seems as hell
Just a road with out green trees in the sides
Only wheeled animels flown here and there and
exhausting a large volume of black smoke
No flowers, and the musics of little sky singers
only the roarings of metallic wilds, I heard
One second, I stopped and
felt this travel as the travel in the hell

Life and Traveling
Traveling can be fun right? But what does it mean to travel?
Does it mean that your mind is gone or is it your body?
When you think about traveling, you think oh I can go some where and have fun. Do people travel to get away from others or do they travel to get away from themselves?
Do people really mean that they want thier body or thier mind to travel?
I guess it just depends on the place and time and whom you are with...

trum...trum....Its a Train..! ! !
I love to travel in a train
in a bumping and humping bogie..
A long, beautiful
chugging train
with dad, mom and bro.
I love to travel in a train
that breaks into the platform,
with thundering wheels
and-
a whistle blown
I love to travel in a train
passing through
tunnels-
stretched and curved.
lights off,
howling on,
it is wonderful to be on a train..

For A Good Friend
To travel with a friend is to travel on a cruise ship,
For there will be laughter, music, dance and wine;
Yet you still secretly check for life jackets and rafts,
And only sleep safe when your swimming is fine.
To travel with a true friend is to travel in a wooden boat,
With just a limbless you, him, against the mighty tides;
Yet your eyes will close, knowing there can happen only two:
His hands will save you, or with you in him he would, fly...

Man Watches And Sees
Man watches you hide behind
your shadow.
Why do you think you need to
to hide?
No man should want to hide
along side or behind his
shadow.
Stand up and show your
face to man.
Your life will still travel on.
And your shadow, will
follow behind.
No shadow can stay still
even at your will.
You are, your shadow of you..

These Roads
Walking thru these streets
meeting crossroads of hope and some of loss
will i take the right road
will i venture into the curves and bumps carved into the foundation formed from years of repetitive travel
I am not the only one who travels these roads
passing by with tears in their eyes are ones who travel with hope in their hearts to find that glimpse of happiness and sanity in for which they look
I must indure my sentance of weary travel
my friend we shall not travel this road alone
take my hand for we shall walk this road together till we reach the end.

Oh, how i'd like to travel
I lie awake each night
Staring at the ceiling
Following each crack
Finding new routes
Oh, how I’d like to travel
Somewhere new,
Somewhere old,
Somewhere where the people;
Sing merrily
Dance happily
Oh, how I’d like to travel
On a plane,
On a boat,
On something that will get me there;
Fast, like a soaring bird
Safely, like a locked room
Oh, how I’d like to travel

In Death I See Myself
In the face of a friend I see death
Written large for all who can see the signs.
We who travel with the dying are frail
We have nothing of ourselves to offer,
Only the faith we carry in fragile vessels.
Each life accompanied into this dark mystery
Mirrors yourself, unable to escape the realities
Each person loved and treasured, memory filled
Reminds you that you are gazing at tomorrow,
Looking at your future, at all our futures.
Each will travel light, but for those of faith
We never travel alone, a companion
One who has been this way, guides
Sheds light before our path, draws us on
To the hope that is born of resurrection
In the knowledge of the one who is resurrected
So we are able to look into the mirror of death
Travel with those who go before us.
Because the light shines in the darkness
And the darkness has not overcome it

Since You Are Gone
Since you are gone the stones lie differently along the ground
and words that are the same now have a different sound
-and-
sharp and clear in early dawn there is a road I cannot travel on
Since you are gone- since you are gone
Since you are gone the path seems steeper still
there seems to be more brambles on our hill
More birds that do not sing
more incests that do sting
Since you are gone- since you are gone
Since you are gone the stones lie differently along the ground
-and-
Words that are the same
Now have a different sound
