Quotes about feat, page 7
“Rainbow Bridge”
A thin membrane in two divides
Hemispheres of a human brain
Thru thought either can decide
To be pristine or profane
Hemispheres direct bodies sides
Right is left and left is right
Occasionally these two collide
When in-synch each half is erudite
For some a Rainbow Bridge forms
That spans between dual-grays
Balanced mind can then perform
Wondrous feat, only Angels play

At Ease
Most wounds can Time repair;
But some are mortal -- these:
For a broken heart there is no balm,
No cure for a heart at ease --
At ease, but cold as stone,
Though the intellect spin on,
And the feat and practiced face may show
Nought of the life that is gone;
But smiles, as by habit taught;
And sighs, as by custom led;
And the soul within is safe from damnation,
Since it is dead.

Miss Sarajevo
You say that the river
finds the way to the sea
and like the river
you will come to me
beyond the borders
and the dry lands
You say that like a river
like a river...
the love will come
the love...
And i don't know how to pray anymore
and in love i don't know how to hope anymore
and for that love i don't know how to wait anymore

Pointy Toes
Pointy toes,
Elegance shows.
A dancer's feet,
Worn and Weary,
A ballerina's feat,
Makes it look easy.
We abuse our feet,
Scrapped till it bites,
We abuse our feet,
Tie knots too tight,
We abuse our feet,
Stand till sore,
We abuse our feet,
Curl like claw.
High heels, tall.
We abuse our feet,
Bound feet small.
Abuse our feet most than rest of body?
Take care, your feet, Everybody.

Success In Failure
Failures infinite in life
Despair-- Demoralisation--- Depression-
Hence success by mere thoughts
At least momentary happiness-- bliss--- ecstasy--
To reap the joy of the implausible
The unattained fulfilment of the feat
Which proved to be defeat
Thus success in failure.
Note: With umpteen failures in life where there's no success at all a bit of momentary happiness can be gained by thinking of it.

Funny Life
Funny love, funny life!
Drop one man today and marry another;
But the sun i desirable to mankind.
She's about to sleep and,
My feat is only my courage;
But, who feels it knows it all.
Love me if you care,
And leave me if you don't like the sun;
For my feet are my only carriage.
I am in a country wher flowers are Gods! !
And like a frathernal call of the 'Sancti Spiritus';
But dropp me if you don't love me.

The Temperaments
Nine adulteries, 12 liaisons, 64 fornications and
something approaching a rape
Rest nightly upon the soul of our delicate friend
Florialis,
And yet the man is so quiet and reserved in demeanour
That he passes for both bloodless and sexless.
Bastidides, on the contrary, who both talks and writes
of nothing save copulation,
Has become the father of twins,
But he accomplished this feat at some cost;
He had to be four times cuckold.

Apple Seed
Spring is here
love it so dear.
Being an apple seed,
and doing my good deed.
Keeping the doctor away,
for many years this tree will stay.
Just waiting for picking time
and watching workers as they climb.
Seed to apple so sweet
working so hard what a feat.
Apple cider to apple pie,
selling apples for people to buy.
Being an apple seed
and doing my good deed.
Being picked off this tree
from this place I will flee.

The constant other
The constant other
~
There constant in my thoughts
A feeling towards another
Grows and roots deeply
Through my heart and loins
Holding them into my conscience
A thought so sweetly found
In this most unexpected source
Bares the fruits of passion
The fruits of love
On which I feat hungrily
To feed the appetite of the soul
How sweet, fair and beautiful
I have found this other to be
Now constant in my thoughts
Deeply rooted in heart and loins

The End of 'Ulysses'-a triple-barrelled limerick
'Ulysses' is a buck of a ride
Wherever you get on inside.
The end is no canter
Molly's a ranter
Stopping she cannot abide.
She rants a long distance
To Gibraltar for instance.
She's trained hard for the meet.
You can't begrudge her her feat.
But then she pulls down her pants.
And rants, on the potty no less,
Raves about Poldy's largess,
Lists bucks she's had in the sack,
Likes a Bloom tongue in her crack.
We've had a buck of a ride by her 'Yes'.
