Orlando's Cafe
I sit alone on a black painted chair
putting my elbow on the black painted table
fronting a gray painting of a man
gathering rice
a Romano,
i wait
i close my eyes
to a cat nap
i hear the conversations
but i am not interested
of people on the other table
i imagine two lovers, a fat woman and
a skinny man
sharing spaghetti and coke
while a mother with a white skin
feeds a small slice of pizza
to her English speaking girl
who keeps on saying
that she changed her mind
into not eating another piece

Thigh Way (Song Parody of 'My Way')
to the tune of 'MY Way'
And now, my weigh-ins near
and my poor scale faces destruction
I've cheated, had some LITE beers
then gotten quotes for liposuction
I've eaten way past full
and then had one more for the highway
I've gotten old, I've gotten fat
don't diet my way!
Bagettes, I've had a few, but then again, too few to mention
I love my salty snacks
but that's what gave me hypertension
I planned each 3 course meal
at greasy spoons along the highway

Fractured Violence
The small girl was sold like a slave
The middle man cuddling her with a candy
The fat house wife suffered blues
From the riches in her neighbors
And those obese relations and friends
She felt terribly jealous of the free spirit
Of the small girl
She needed some one to look down upon
Whenever she would see her ugly face
And her bear belly
Her husband was a notable
Who would take his son
And to make him grow like himself
The small girl would share food
And chewed bones of the woman
With cats and dogs
Her smaller ego would get a boost
Her husband proud of her command
And one day in fog
In terrible cold

Greasy Fingers You Don't Need 'Em
Would you give up your midnight snack,
Knowing you should not do that?
Oh oh.
Oh. Oh. Oh...
Ooo.
Would you give bad habits back,
If it widened you with fat?
Oh oh.
Oh. Oh. Oh...
Ooo.
Would you minimize your woes,
If you chose not to buy new clothes?
Oh oh.
Oh. Oh. Oh...
Ooo.

A Rondel of Merciless Beauty - The Original
I. 1.
Youre two eyn will sle me sodenly
I may the beaute of them not sustene,
So wendeth it thorowout my herte kene.
2.
And but your words will helen hastely
My hertis wound, while that it is grene,
Youre two eyn will sle me sodenly.
3.
Upon my trouth I sey yow feithfully,
That ye ben of my liffe and deth the quene;
For with my deth the trouth shal be sene.
Youre two eyn will sle me sodenly
I may the beaute of them not sustene,
So wendeth it thorowout my herte kene.
II. 1.
So hath youre beauty fro your herte chased

I Have Fat Enough!
There comes a time when you look fat,
'Cos fat is what you are,
You've broken chairs each time you sat
And things have gone too far!
You need to diet! Yes, you do!
You need to flee the flab...
You simply grew and grew and grew,
Ate all that you could grab!
Well, now's a good time, change your weighs!
Don't squash the scales again!
If you get thin, you'll earn the praise,
So think thin until then!
So ask a Doctor who knows best,
Yes, you, just take your time...
Like Amy Pond who's so well dressed,
So thin she looks sublime!
It's up to you! Yes, you, not me!
My diet's going well...

Pharmacy Fat Man
After my yearly physical
I stopped by the pharmacy
To buy some niacin pills
A fat man stood ahead of me
He easily weighed 400 pounds
I stood for what seemed like hours
Pharmacist was giving instructions
How many pills and do’s & don’ts
I mused, “Why so many drugs? ”
The answer was crystal clear
Severe obesity was the culprit
Did the fat man suffer from,
Hypertension, high cholesterol
Diabetes, enlarged heart, varicose veins
Acid reflux, hernia and lymph edema
All of these potentially fatal diseases
Because of poor food choices
And lack of exercise
His Doctor was treating symptoms
The fat man was ignoring the cause

Patted Fat Cats
They want deregulation done by government.
But from their mouths they shout and say,
They want the government away.
They want deregulation done by government.
But from their mouths they shout and say,
They want the government away.
What's wrong with greedy people,
Who just want to feed their greed.
And when the greeding stops,
They want to blame someone about it!
And...
What's wrong with greedy people,
Who just want to feed their greed.
And when the greeding stops,
They want to blame someone about it!
They don't want no more taxes.
But they want to live relaxed.

Song Of The Egg
One sunny morning in late june
I heard a strange and mournful tune
I looked around the empty room
And stood awhile feeling bemused
A strange hallucination came
Was it a dimming in the brain?
But louder still the cries were coming
Like a distant droning humming
And then I saw the egg box open
Inside a weeping egg was broken
'oh take me to the boiling pot, or fry me quick, or scramble me,
come quick and cook me, set me free!
The unbroken eggs were strangely silent
Being advocates of violence
Rounded on the broken egg
'Oh take him quick and smash his head! '
Unable to fulfil his wish
The portly consumer changed his dish
Leaving the eggs inside the box
He had some fish
