A Letter That I Can't Send

(Anyway I hope You read it)

Boo..
How should i pronounce it?
With passion or a wish of luck
Pretty dumb and numb the times creep
Seems like everything turn out right
But then it went left and other direction too
Perhaps you are sensible
Telling me that all my theory are crap
Like a creature, those theory are not perfect
It was selfish, bias, lack of sense and inexplicable
Containing heavy substances of innuendoes
But then, What can you offer me?
Aside from my inability of planting the platonic love
I'm sorry that i sound so naif
I've always believe that we are equal; Having an austere life
What would you think of i am now?
A queer dressed in hallowen-outfit?
Or a companion in a pretty shape?

0031 Ted and Sylvia meet the marriage counsellor

‘Let me not to the marriage of true minds
admit impediment’ – and let me say
first of all, that I’m all for that…
but Dr Freud asked me if I’d call you in –
that is, invite you – for a little chat;
there’ll be no fee, of course…
Sylvia, would you sit over here,
and Ted, you over there?

I’ve read your case notes
which my secretary compiled, from
your previous poems – she’s quite
well-read; indeed, I believe she’s now applied
for a post with Mr. Eliot the poet…

Now I understand you’re both madly in love
and – ahem – can’t wait to ‘get at
one another’ as they say these days …
I guess the ‘Do not Disturb’ notice
may be there for days, ha ha?

I Still Want To Go Down On You, ...., Oh Well

What wonderfully warm suppliant:
Now that I am drunk, and probably shouldn’t
Be writing anything. Yes, I should shut up,
And look at pictures of you, down the well
Of high school, with your tawny legs,
Shaved and brown like the elbows of trees;
But, as you can see, I am writing anyways,
Even if you or anyone else is reading this.
If you do, it will make me laugh, now that everything
Is thoroughly maudlin: I am neither as ugly as I
Fear, nor as handsome as your drunken expectations
Might have hopes. I am drunk, and it is Halloween,
And I am thirty; and I am published, by the great
Philanthropic arm of the queen’s navy, and undoubtedly
You are making lovely eyes with your patrons, or
Whoever you are with. I love you, and I thought
About writing you and telling you that, but
I am not as stupid as you might hope, nor am I

Procured husband as they are floating down the Nile,

Only One Religion

What was I fed to believe?
Confine to one religion and live
Believe one God and consider none
Yet I believed there was invisible someone

I traditionally learnt all aspects
It did not teach for any disrespect
Almost all advocated for noble acts
Tolerance to all and respect to facts

At no stage something came out as critical
Almost all views shared were identical
“Love and let others live” was suited as ideal
The message was well conveyed and seemed real

As a child when I turned round to acknowledge
I was bewildered at different stories and failed to manage
Why so many faiths on earth to obey his existence?
When it was a universal line and read as sentence!

The Riddle of Cosmos

The Riddle of Cosmos
The singularity of the Universe—
the Bing Bang rang
ten thousand million years ago—
was the theory propounded—So
the scientists in unison sang.

They set themselves to find
the important property that did bind
all matter to confer its mass, size and shape.
The riddle of the cosmos to solve
the physicists did evolve
"The Standard Model" of Particle Physics.

Fundamental particles twelve
of this theory
and fundamental forces four
save gravity
govern the dynamics
of the Universe.

The Painter Dreaming in the Scholar’s House

in memory of the painters Paul Klee
and Paul Terence Feeley

I

The painter’s eye follows relation out.
His work is not to paint the visible,
He says, it is to render visible.

Being a man, and not a god, he stands
Already in a world of sense, from which
He borrows, to begin with, mental things
Chiefly, the abstract elements of language:
The point, the line, the plane, the colors and
The geometric shapes. Of these he spins
Relation out, he weaves its fabric up
So that it speaks darkly, as music does
Singing the secret history of the mind.
And when in this the visible world appears,
As it does do, mountain, flower, cloud, and tree,

No Shelter For The Heart

No shelter for the heart, the wind
is a wound of torn birds.
Too long in the dark
the star blooms without eyes.

I break a vow of silence with my solitude
and poems materialize
like lifeboats on the moon
in a sea of shadows.

I light my last candle
and the darkness in the room
holds a black mass for what I've lost.

Sensitive as a window
the sky changes like a mood ring
and my muse is an albino chameleon in eclipse.

I keep an abacus of skulls
to remind me what year it is

Einstein and Society

Much of what Einstein had to say
remains unexplained
100 years later,
in terms of impact his ideas have on society.

First, we need to comprehend
he sought
to explain everything.

We know the familiar E=mc2;
what does it really mean?

Astounding at the time
but now common place;
the idea states that energy and matter interrelate;
and matter can be changed to energy and vice versa.

What's not understood well
by many is
that matter

Respondez!

RESPONDEZ! Respondez!
(The war is completed--the price is paid--the title is settled beyond
recall;)
Let every one answer! let those who sleep be waked! let none evade!
Must we still go on with our affectations and sneaking?
Let me bring this to a close--I pronounce openly for a new
distribution of roles;
Let that which stood in front go behind! and let that which was
behind advance to the front and speak;
Let murderers, bigots, fools, unclean persons, offer new
propositions!
Let the old propositions be postponed!
Let faces and theories be turn'd inside out! let meanings be freely
criminal, as well as results!
Let there be no suggestion above the suggestion of drudgery! 10
Let none be pointed toward his destination! (Say! do you know your
destination?)
Let men and women be mock'd with bodies and mock'd with Souls!
Let the love that waits in them, wait! let it die, or pass stillborn
to other spheres!
