The Night Without The Firefly
expectation move to command,
even doubt lay down
their hands the mark
of a real thumb
seeing but not believing,
feeling yet touching thou
something has nothing
to do until makes keep
the decision
hide away thunder the mind,
as it brings darkness
of the sky, knowing that
the rain cool beneath
the sun, for
only the night comes the Firefly
wouldn't fly
