Not the End When Love Ends
It is not the end when Love ends
That's just a brief consoling respite
For you'll never know what the Future sends
Soon another Love may come with it.
Like the Spring or Summer it returns
With the songs of joy that it imparts
A new love awakens and passion yearns
Then faster are the beatings of the heart.
Yes the Past holds beautiful memories
Remember not to close your heart's door
Because Love will come on times as these
And happier are the memories than before.
