The Fool Says In His Heart
The fool says in his heart
'There is no God'
Of the Divine he has no part
For Humanity is all he had.
Wisdom never wakes in him,
And Insight is ever blind,
Depth of knowledge, all it seems
The seeking fool will never find.
For Knowledge of the Holy
And reverent fear of the Lord
Is the Beginning of all Wisdom
Thus is written in His Word.
