In A Box

I live in a box down the street
My hands are cold and so are my feet
Would I digust you?
If I asked you for something to eat
Or a hand out or up
Shoes for my feet
I know I don't look as good as you
But I know the Lord loves me
As much as you
I don't blame anyone for the life I lead
Part is my fault, part from greed
For if the world would begin to care
There would be enough for all to share
No one would never have the need
To live in a box
Or hold a sign on the street,
To be able to eat
