Excessive Emotions
Control your emotions:
Be it anger, love or hate;
Let it never seize your heart;
Cut it from the start!
Control your emotions:
Be it earthly or divine;
Corporeal or sexual;
Excess spells your doom!
Control your emotions:
Even if it be good or bad;
They cause upset of your mind,
Affecting your health!
Control your emotions:
Your feelings must be balanced;
Excess is bad to body;
Meditation’s good!
Control your emotions:
Perilsome’s a sinful course;
A graceless soul, steeped in sin
Is damned forever!
