Chidi
Of the Niger Delta crises and the love of your muse,
And like the 'Ekiti Elections crises' to clear my view;
But greater in merit is what i need from you my love,
Because the whole world is watching us.
To bring forth the bud of your love to me and,
Shedding no tears of love on this matter;
For my name is Chidi from the land of the crises,
A place where i found my lover.
Oh my beautiful one,
You are the right one in my eyes;
And my vineyard of love is set for you only.
Do i need to nag you my love?
And out of the thick forest with the red stew;
But try to eat nothing unclean to night,
For i have more that meets your heart.
