A Girl Has Died
Tonight a girl has died
So sad, I hear the loved ones cry
And cold has been the night
That run shivers down my spine.
So broken, I have no tears to cry.
Angels do not die;
Forever they will always fly,
And I know my bride had not died,
She has found favour with Christ,
And forever she will fly;
High in the sky;
She'll bring love to mankind
The ones hope had left their side.
Christ! please be with my bride,
So broken, I have no tears to cry.
But with you, I know she'll rise.
Bringing hope to mankind;
The ones love had left their side,
As angels will always fly.
