Exile (Reprise)

You felt
Your head
Was in danger
So you ran,
Running away
From home?
Sweet home
Of yours
Where you were born,
Where you you
Learned how
To be a man, a woman.
You learned the
Rudiments of life
Here in your home.
And you are running
Away, alone,
To a strange land
To a place everyone
Is a stranger.
To seek what?
Peace perhaps
But I ask this:
If your own people
Could bring harm to you
What then could
A stranger not do?
