The Sweet One
And finally I met you my friend,
You looked cherubic in stature,
I thought my eyes deceived,
But in my heart I believed,
Just being in that moment with her,
Trying to open my arms,
Afraid she might close hers,
Just under the scattered stars,
She was beautiful that I saw,
So painful, I couldnt tell,
Have I found you sweet one
The tables are starting to turn,
A strong feeling planted within me,
Water it not my friend,
Lest I forget where I belong,
Such eyes of yours have taken me,
Such beauty of yours I've never seen,
Come along with me sweet one
The answers Im trying to find,
The question have knocked all day,
The cold wind blew in that moment,
I shivered before your presence,
Such mystry I could not tell,
You were stealing my heart,
Have I found you sweet one,
Or you just a shadow
Im falling for someone,
Will the puzzle be complete,
You saw the sun more times than me,
Yet no one is catching my fall,
From strangers to friends,
From friends to a dream, surreal,
Have I found you the sweet one,
Or maybe its just a dream
