This Way
This way is a steep road that starts out slow.
Then picks up speed the further I go.
As I accelerate it’s harder to view
Those that are dear that precious few.
The twists and turns often distort my sight,
So I stray from these few and what is right.
I must enjoy friends and family while I can
For I know I won’t pass this way again.
