Hidden Depth

I had nothing to hide
The discontentment was becoming wide
It had hidden depth
I failed to go with its length

It was like sea calm water
Nothing seemed apparent or amounted to alter
There was something like hidden treasure
All illusory things lying under without any measure

Life has become as such for want of happiness
That can’t be really visible or reflected on face
It may grow not out of fear or anger
It is like volcano rising with hunger

The natural disasters are meant to convey divine signals
It is indication of wrath and certainly to pounce upon arrival
What are we braced up to face and challenge?
Unless we are prepared to adopt some changes

It has shaken very foundation of faith
People are driven away and pushed to death
Robbery, loots and murders are daily scenes
Such a rage or anger is never faced or seen

We are harboring ill will and hatred
Where is it going us to lead?
Will it rush us to gallows?
Do we want it to allow?

Let us not wait for any religious preaching
Same books may offer universal teachings
Pick any page from it and it may offer only world
Love thy children with compassion and do not turn cold

It is yet not late
Do not curse anybody or hate
We may turn wild anytime
But can turn compassionate sometimes
