Get Out Of My Face!
I may be growing paranoid.
I find it better to avoid.
Those members of the human race.
Who rudely intrude on my space
And think I should be overjoyed.
I firmly show them I’m annoyed.
I do not wish to give offence
But I must act in self defence.
I make my feelings very plain
and treat them with a cold disdain
Some are so insensitive.
They find it easy to forgive.
What they perceive as my shyness.
I have work hard to impress.
My dislike for their company
I don’t care what they think of me
The space that’s personal to me
Is sancrosanct or it should be.
