Soaking tired feet
in a warm bowl of water
having an early night
a good nights sleep.
Hearing a child's laughter
a letter from a loved one
listening to a favourite song
watching a really good movie.
Playing a sport you like
enjoying good company
being content on your own
making new friends.
Observing nature
walking the dog
being in a garden
smelling the flowers.
Simple pleasures
simple tastes
simple life.
