Don't Start 'Trippin' On My Step
Don't start trippin' on my step.
Or try to take the opportunity,
To leave your cluttered trash to unload.
Not on me.
Not today.Tomorrow...
Or anytime,
You believe I am available...
To take part in your side show.
I did not awaken on this day feeling blessed...
To be stressed by a mess,
You think should be left with me.
Not a nibble will you take...
From this plate I appetize.
Realize this...
None of your nonsense I will put up with.
Or sit and criticize everything in your life despised.
Don't 'trip'!
Or find a way to do it.
Not on these steps I am blessed to take!
Cleared of miseries and healed heartbreaks.
Either appreciate this movement...
Or stand aside to acknowledge my pride.
Deserving I am to be served my due!
And you...
Need to remove yourself from my path.
There is not an approval from you I seek.
Nor an opinion from you I ask!
Or cry a tear...
Empathizing fears you hold dear.
Who?
That ain't happenin' here!
Dont' start 'trippin' on my step!
Knock or try to block my happiness.
I'm not having it on my voyage.
Not today. Tomorrow...
Or anytime,
You believe I am available...
For you to ruin the peace I have found,
With the dumping of your spoilage.
With me you have chosen to put down...
And left around.
No.
Comprende?
Nada.
