Giving In This Season
Giving in this season,
Is a reason to forgive.
Letting go to then receive...
A peacefulness that can mend.
And if it wasn't for these days,
Would we find a way to say...
Be merry and spread cheerfulness,
With joy that's felt today.
Living in the moment,
To let harmony arrive.
Knowing that a smile that's shown,
Is clear in someone's eyes.
And it's given with a wish that's known,
A gift is there to share.
There is hope for one and all that comes...
When someone shows they care.
