Ultimately Believed
Portraying to be a fool,
Has its benefits...
Eventually to be received.
To accept being one,
Has no advantages.
And ultimately believed.
When one lives to learn to grow,
There is much to comprehend.
Those living not wishing to comprehend,
Have shown what they've learned.
And this reflects.
'Where has all this wisdom you have come from? '
Wisdom?
Is that what it's called?
Well,
It wasn't from a book.
My best teacher has been observation.
And experiencing pain,
Trying to box with concrete walls.
Hearing laughter when I've fallen.
And being perceived for that which I'm not.
Spending a few weeks in complete isolation,
Has helped me to center and focus...
An emotional and crushed mind.
With a getting up off my behind with faith.
And being able to take all kinds of criticisms.
Now...
If that is wisdom,
As you interpret it as something I have...
Then I have a tremendous amount of it.
And I don't know WHY I was picked to have it.
But I'll tell you this...
I awaken each day expressing my gratefulness,
For being blessed to have tolerated much BS!
