Brand New Start
An apology so sincere.
It now makes things so very clear.
To finally have it is quite queer.
I never expected to have these words so dear.
I take it gladly to the heart.
It gives us both a brand new start.
To be true freinds that never part.
Fighting for eachother with strength and smarts.
With genuine affection that builds our hearts.
I gladly accept.
The pain is spent.
Let's build the bond we've kept.
Make it strong with this redempt.
Never thinking of relent.
It feels so good to hear these words.
This gracious apology opens up so many worlds.
To explore and teach with such a splendid girl.
Thank you for all you've done.
It rests my soul that now we've won.
So take my hand and feel the sun.
This brand new life has just begun.
