To My Best Friend
You are my best friend
In the whole entire world.
And you always will be.
When I first met you,
Yeah, I was nervous, too.
But I knew there was something special.
When I talk to you,
I feel good inside.
Like nothing could possibly go wrong.
When I'm sad,
You cheer me up,
And make me laugh and smile.
And I do the same for you.
You're there for me.
You talk to me,
And tell me everything's gonna be okay.
And you mean everything you say.
And also, when I'm down,
You'd probably wipe my tears,
And hold my hand,
Comforting me.
I know you'd do this,
Because you've told me you care.
I love you, and you love me.
That's more than I could ask for.
If you were gone,
Heck, I'd miss you like crazy.
But I'd live for you,
And go on because that's what you'd want.
I'd risk anything,
I'd risk my life for you.
And we both know why.
You're my BEST FRIEND.
