Alpha And Omega

As things material has to start somewhere,
Like Big Bang or debris in empty space,
And might we ask if space started from where,
The same with thoughts, and all, in every case?

A god primordial would appall more minds,
If said to rule with all vicissitude,
But any thinker in the end soon finds,
Questions of origin he must elude;

So best is that which neither starts nor ends,
But goes forever as time would allow,
Only eternities it ever spends,
Never questioned regards the why or how;

Is there a cause much better to suggest,
Before I put this worthy case to rest?
