Diplomacy is seemingly true
‘Who is better positioned to win-
India or Srilanka? ’ a journalist asked
Of an expert, who is neither of them.
‘Both have even chances.’said he
neutrally
And then added diplomatically,
‘India must work hard.’ No one is
offended.
