The Feeling Is Mutual
One time I asked you
“Why do you love me? ”
And you answered me
“I don’t know why.”
And then I asked myself
“Why do I love you? ”
I took a pause and I smiled
For I too don’t know why
So I will not ask anymore
I won’t even say a word
Because the truth in my heart lies
I do love you ’til my body dies
