you gotta love your family
even if they ain't lovin you
you gotta love your family
no matter what kinda stuff they do
worlds a messed up place
no need to contribute to that. too
people do strange things
seem to do it all the time
people do strange stuff
sometimes you wish that you were blind
but if all we are tryin
we gotta stop all the lyin'
we walked thru hell
to breathe in every day
the good, the bad, the ugly
in every style and every way
our lives are the pearl
that the universe gives shape
stop all the lyin
stop all the fear
stop all the cryin
stop all of the jeers
accept responsibility for all you do
it is, after all, the only record of you
