Through Hands Of Time
‘Early in the morning, just around supper time.’
Contrasts are good, to make children laugh.
There is something in an opposing rhyme.
Which appeals to a gleeful childhood mind.
There are wise lessons learned in nursery rhymes.
Morals taught best with humour as they ought.
Powerful wonderful images, a child’s mind binds.
Ancient teaching passed down, through hands of time.
