Bicycle Summer
Bicycle summer,
Girls ride across
A moonlight bridge.
Children’s feet dangle
Into warm water,
Small wishes and innocent hearts.
In love with gentle breezes,
I thought I saw Adriana
At her grandfather’s beach house
Smiling with a wine cooler.
