Have you ever been
Tied to the past
Striving for the future
Yet stuck in a holocaust
Have you ever been
Living two lives
One in the past, hidden from all
One in the present, to show them all
Have you ever been
Loved so pure
To hold, is all you want to do
Yet you let go, for love is true
Have you ever been
Content! !
Content of the past and the present
