Just for you
When I first met her
She was looking for a poem
Little did I know that in darkness
She could be my light
Quick with a comeback
But as I stared into her lines
I could see the pain she felt
I could see past the lies
I could see the true pain behind the Ink
So full of anger, so much hurt
But that anger wasn't meant for me
The second I saw her poems
I connected with her
Every time I read about something bad
I felt the need to frown
But even though I can't see her
Behind her keyboard
I know she's just an angel in disguise
