The Magnificent Buffalo

Ah, the Buffalo, a magnificent beast
Especially the American breed
Their head so huge and strong
As they graze on natural feed

So many ways they are depicted
So many colors as well
But I just love to travel
Where the live Buffalo dwell

They go back many years
Traveling across the plains
At one time they began to dwindle
Not many of them remained

But they’ve made a comeback
And aren’t we glad they have?
For we are proud of this animal
Quite a sight with a mom and her calf

So where ever we see this animal
Whether real a statue tall
Nothing is quite like it
It’s a sight we’ll forever recall!
