the things i do because im scared
the things i do because im lonely
the things i do coz im failing my self
the things i do for family
the things i do when im angery
the things i try and stop my self doing is suicide
self harming
overdosing
having stomach pumped
drinking
hanging ur self
all help when u think bout it till sum1 stops u
and gets u help
ask a doctor or a friend
dont bottle things up like i do i dont trust me m8s
or family i speak to strangers coz they dont know u
they cant gudge u or make asumstions bout u

i cant handle so i take me blade to my wrist
