Quotes about cursing, page 11

Silence in the Dark

Silence in the Dark

Everybody wakes up in the morning
Goes for the working
Goes for shopping
Then the eating

Having the sleeping
The meeting
The chatting

Loosing the Timing
The Loving
The Caring
The Charming

Running After the Shining
The financing
The building
The partying

Constantly I wonder how can I be part of it?

Constantly I wonder how can I be part of it
of a literature in which I read contempt to God,
in which people sing about relationships with the same sex;
use cursing words, the lowest language without fear?

Without Godly protection
even the mightiest fortress will fall
and this beautiful language, Afrikaans
is part of me as a born in thing.

When a great Afrikaans poet then tramples over me,
I know that he is not walking in the steps of God;
honour to the own self, self-elevation
is time and again betrayed by his words.

Still my verses in Afrikaans is holding strong,
while savages are ruling the country and are doing as they seem fit.

Effectiveness Some Do Not Expect

Just because I show anyone,
My concern and respect.
Does not mean I am meek with weakness.
And those who dare to know the real me...
Will attest I can be short of temper,
With a mouth...
The kings and queens of etiquette,
Will isolate from pretentions they protect.

Especially when I am found,
To have a mind with lips...
Quick to deliver obscene sounds.

I am not the only one around,
Who has a mind and heart based in sincerity.
But step on my toes...
And I wont try to go to soak my feet,
With silent cursing behind clinched teeth.
No not me!
I will do my best,

Do you lie

My, you look gorgeous.
Ha, that dress is hideous…

Why, you look so cool
Whom are you trying to fool?

She stood with a broad smile
Let her in, cursing all the while.

How are you, couldn’t be better,
Why ask, does it really matter.

What a pleasant surprise, welcome…
How do I give her a hint not to come?

Your debut in the film was really awesome.
My, how regressive and tiresome…

Our lives are a sham and a lie.
Can we give honesty a try…?

Sonnet: Don’t Blame Nature

Why challenge Mother Nature, man, in vain?
Accept her superiority and pow’r;
One can’t traverse with equal speed each lane;
Take blame for every flood, wind, drought and show’r!

When hot, the excess steam must be let off;
When cold, one needs to cover to gain heat;
When Nature’s in a furious mood, don’t scoff;
Find solutions better and don’t retreat.

When Nature sends a breeze, man loves her touch;
When Nature blows a wind fierce, men rant, rave;
Yet, Nature balances her acts so much;
From natural disasters, man ought to save.
Align with Nature: Love the way she works;
But cursing God brings man more Nature’s jerks!

Cushions

Each one has got a set of grouse
Against people, events and rules.
Natural justice is elusive.
Curses are the alternatives.

Each one would compare and compete
To end up being dejected.
His solace is assessing lapses
From those better placed than him.

Each one consoles himself feeling
That he is still good in some respects
And waits for others’ downfall
Cursing for the self denial.

Each one resigns himself to the fact
That life is not fair to all and
That existence works in a mystery.
Fate and luck are the assigned roles.

Arbeit Macht Frei

Dark days are all I have
They took my will, soul, and life
I sleep only to awake in a nightmare
Trapped behind black gates
Reminding work will set me free

Broke my back, but I have to work
It's not my choice for I am a slave
I pray for death, hoping heaven awaits
I'm alive but in a man made hell
Maybe work will set me free?

I'm cursing God
He has forsaken us
If we're his children, then why let us suffer?
I hold so much rage and hate within
But I'm just tired of my life
Can my work be done?

I smell the infernos of hell

Mother Cow And The Secular Republic

A beautiful cow- writhing for water;
I rushed to fetch some and cursing her tormentor,
Picked a bucket and for a fountain, I rushed;
And I collected some dripping from the rocks parched.

Her pained balls- roving around for some drops;
But gushing- I could see no crops;
The vision of exasperating Mother Cow,
Seeing water, parched nation and raving crows.

The pain- she was dead, water was not in her fate,
I did fetch water for her, but too late;
But it was not her fault,
Then who is to blame for this jolt?

Alas! Mother Cow has to die for water and space;
As we live in a secular, socialist republic, with an ugly face.

Why are people always

Why are people always cheating?
Why are people always fighting?
Why are people always dieing?
Why are people always crying?
Why are people always hating?
Why are people always debating?
Why are people always trading?
Why are people always trying to fit in?
Why are people always cursing?
Why are people always bursting?
Why are people always tripping?
Why are people always not trying to be fair?
Why are people always trying to be dumb?
Why are people always playing too much?
Why are people always misbehaving?
Why are people always do drugs?
Why are people always not trying to have a future?
Why do people always try to ruin their life?
Why?

This Is Not Right

You may as well reveal it,
When the time comes
For it to be revealed.
Concealing misdeeds done,
Wont heal.
And feelings hurt,
Are not going to stop dirt...
Scooped up and thrown,
Overnight!
Especially if someone has been lied upon,
And the one responsible
Has done this out of spite!
To incite and ignite.
Was that you?
This is not right.
And things like this done,
Eventually exposes deception,
In broad daylight.
Leading to further misunderstandings...
With the wrong people left not speaking.
