Quotes about lasted, page 19
Upon Watts' Picture Sic Transit
"What I spent I had; what I saved, I lost; what I gave, I have."
But yesterday the tourney, all the eager joy of life,
The waving of the banners, and the rattle of the spears,
The clash of sword and harness, and the madness of the strife;
To-night begin the silence and the peace of endless years.
( One sings within.)
But yesterday the glory and the prize,
And best of all, to lay it at her feet,
To find my guerdon in her speaking eyes:
I grudge them not, -- - they pass, albeit sweet.
The ring of spears, the winning of the fight,
The careless song, the cup, the love of friends,
The earth in spring -- - to live, to feel the light -- -
'Twas good the while it lasted: here it ends.
Remain the well-wrought deed in honour done,

Forbidden friend
I met this guy thru my friend
it was my friend's big brother
My friend Bunny told me i should talk to himm
One day I decided to
WE had alot in common
he loves watching his niece and nephews
We both lost some one from a drunk driver
He got me comfortable around him
We would text from ninepm to 4 30 am
He comforted me
gave me good advice
he gave me a big brother (that i could talk to)
but stupidly i told my real brother bout him
I tried to call him one day
My brother hung up on him
I talked to him to tell him that my brother hung up
But stupidly i told himm my brother didnt want me to talk to him
and the forbidden friendship ended becouse he wanted to respect johns request
I want to thank you for everything
eventhough it only lasted a few days

One Illusion (Revised)
A change of perspective is the best way
to deal with depression due to tastefully
wrapped Christmas gifts with allergy-
causing honey, chocolate and cheese
Delicious shivers when I read the Pre-
Cambrian era lasted 300 million years
as an ice age - 800 million years ago:
if we humans exist on a planet
That survived such disasters, why worry
about anything - if a sudden catastrophe
plunged Siberia overnight into sub-zero
temperatures for 15 thousand years
Why should I worry about losing my mind
when I eat - the Beresovka mammoth was
found frozen, half-standing, buttercups in
its mouth, still edible, ivory intact

Drumbeat Of War
The Drum Beat of War.
Smoke came from the mountain pass troops marched to the border,
general mobilizing declared, the old spoke of wars of yore the young
stopped slouching and looked around for the enemy. Ministers and
king wore uniform, laws were passed against a fifth columnists and
against anyone who had a different opinion than the norm; although
many were arrested no one was tried. War cry had brought order from
the chaos of democratic peace.
The jingoistic fever lasted all summer a good time for marching and
military parades, women wore flowers in their hair ready to kiss loved
ones goodbye. Fall rain, the north-westerly blew cold and war didn’t
happen, leaders congratulated themselves for winning the peace, and as
big snowflakes slowly fell so did our realisation that we open eyed had
marched into an open prison and could no longer travel anywhere, in
our country, without a passport.

The Day Of Liberation
Once again the spring's in the Victory Gardens,
Once again the 10th of April to Odessa's come,
The memory of that day hardens
This wonderful feeling of freedom without alarm.
About 30 months the occupation of Odessa lasted
The streets and houses by fascists were blasted.
But the nation with sense of humor no one can kill,
The defense of the city was everyone's freewill.

The night I will always remember
Wednesday night at nine thirty
Terror sailed into my city.
I will always, always remember,
The night of 26th November
Gripped with fear, panic and despair…
Grenades and bullets in the air.
I will always, always remember,
The night of 26th November
Tourists slaughtered on their vacation
Everyday folk massacred on a railway station
I will always, always remember,
The night of 26th November
Babies slaughtered in their mother’s womb
Five star hotels have become a mass tomb
I will always, always remember,
The night of 26th November

God speaks in dream
salvation started with a dream, life we take, is but a life we had lived before, and to remember is mint to forget, only by closing our eyes then we will remembered that life we live is just a journey to remember the past
dream of a dreams, a passion of the soul, echo in the wilderness of eternity of memories, that lives in the havoc of time, where our hearts linger to listen
salvation is tasted, before it started, we have been there, until it lasted in birth we are created, a creation that molded and folded our journey to a new dream, where we have to begin, a life that is new, the salvation that made it true
God's wisdom speaks in dream, leads us the perfect path to be back in the right track, for in God's kingdom, everybody is welcome, to live with others in harmony with God, where everybody is happy and free
live it now, dream with other dreams, believe that you can be, in a dream salvation is free.....God speaks in dream

Lovers Never Grow Old
Trees of light hail the day
Climb the ladder of ivory
Pythagoras has left the mortal
The measure of all things divine
Bright aqua suns sire minstrels
The dragon cannot escape
Trumpets call the children
Dreamers of the rainbow
The unorganized call of love
No grandiosity where masks revile
Souls travel the sublime gate
Now the tides bless me with awe
Sleep in waves of Celtic tribes
Blue fish amidst the coral
Villages drink mountain streams
Basking in sanctuary
Visions and dreams dance
Deep beneath the obvious crust
Time and matter were sons and stars

Circle Of Love
The circle of love as you well know
Started off very slow.
It all started with the creation of man
For all this was in GODS plan.
Man instinctively protected his mate
From any and all dooming faiths.
And the women learned how to clothe and feed their man
So that they could protect and feed off the land.
This was the beginning of the circle of love
And has lasted throughout the ages
And is noted in histories pages.
Now that circle has gotten to you and I
And we can’t change it, no matter how we try.
It started off at our birth, with the love from
Our mother and father, and nowadays
It’s gotten much harder.
Unlike the days of the cave mans life
Where they protected their children and wives.

Like a leaf in the wind
Her soul flutters like a leaf in the wind
Clinging on to tree of life
With nothing more than hope
Devoid of pretense
Shorn of desires
Tossed about, at the whim of a gathering storm
Dark cold has slowed the sap
But deep inside, life fights to surge through
Longing for the next sunny day
