Quotes about medic, page 2
Ugly
Too much of it
Can make one sick.
Can make one overdose...
Until a medic is needed,
To remove it quick.
A beauty once discovered,
Can turn into something else...
To make one vomit.
But I don't only wish to see,
Beauty unbelieved.
I want to taste and lick it butt naked.
Sweating in heat increased by sex.
And staring into eyes with our faces...
With a molding of muscles,
Into unseen places.
Climaxing...
Feeling good.
Wet!

First To Die
“Doc, over here.” I heard them cry.
I raced on black volcanic sand,
bullets nipping at my heels,
my medic-aid kit in my hand.
“Its Mike Strank, they got him bad.”
Mike was down, writhing in pain.
He was losing blood
and awfully pale.
Shielding his body with my own,
in a depression in the ground
I cut away his Khaki shirt.
Until the entry wound was found.
A sucking wound, an evil sign-
red frothing bubbles from his chest.
A styrette of Morphine- all I had
to ease the pain of every breathe.

The Homeless Kisses
instinctively august modalities
shade the cloudswept marshmallows
composing his lustrous bedfellows
pillows in the dark momentum
footnotes for their kisses
roses in the park momentous
headnotes of their kisses
rendered homeless
erstwhile winter stirs
in memorium she purrs
cold diatribes
and
yet he misses
erstwhile of her kisses
limestone and lilac tones
chrysanthemum lined bridges
lips touching like our fingertips

A Prayer To Share By Alfred Loveland
This is poem for all those we love
with a little help from him above
We do tend to take love ones for granted most of the time
And mostly only ask for help when things go wrong
Well now I am asking for all of your prayers
For David who I am sure is not ready to go up those stairs
Today he has a life threatening operation
This is why I am asking for yours and Gods co-operation
Its true we tend to ask only when the chips are down
I am sure God understands and will not frown
After all we are humans and make lots of mistakes
But please make him well no matter how long it takes
David married my Sister Joan and is a really nice chap
Always happy never moans and full of life
Well now please God let him stay with his wife
He played golf and was fit until he took bad
on the plane back from seeing us here in UK
Two heart attacks which he never even new about
And a third as they Landed in New Zealand
Thank God the medic's were at hand

Halitosis
My mind seems to want to find you,
In times when my thoughts...
Wander and stray.
And I am not fine with that at all.
Since those days of togetherness...
Have long gone away.
I would say hello to you...
If I knew you would do the same.
Just to acknowledge your presence.
And nothing else would I wish to obtain.
But I have no desire for that to occur.
Perhaps it is you,
Who thinks of me today.
After victimizing someone else...
You charmed and betrayed.
You appear from a distance,

The Perfumed Letter 1916
Dear Sweetheart,
As war drags on in this faraway land,
In this field of strangers that I face bayonets fixed I see,
Mad hatters place us here, like pawns in a deadly chess hand,
I will survive I will stay alive for you, my reason to be.
Counting as much, every grain of sand, every dropp of rain
Add together seem’s the same as days since
My eyes beheld your beauty I miss your being, so grand,
Your lipstick lips embossed inside your perfumed letter,
Kissing me softly, so long and softly.
Your fragrance lifts my body aloft
I embrace your message it shows on my face,
I smell your hair and feel your skin so soft
Breathe your breath; absorb your comfort in my grace.
Remember summer in the fields of hay we played and ran
You pulled daisy petals ‘he loves me, he loves me not’
You cheated at the end and said ‘he loves me twice’

Validation Made
I wasn't voted Most Likely To Succeed,
In high school.
Afterall...
Who would declare,
In 1965 a desire to find success as a writer?
A doctor, a lawyer, a minister?
A fireman?
A basketball or a football star?
Okay!
'What did he say...
A 'writer'? '
Are they laughing at me?
I didn't declare that to get attention.
I knew what I was.
Today I hear 'kids' with wishes to be...

Suffering From Head Wounds
Those told what to do most of their lives,
What to think, how to think...
What not to believe or listen to.
And who is stupid,
Because of their physical appearances...
Are those who are most traumatized,
By the sign of these rapidly changing times.
Not all...
But most people have been conditioned to believe,
That the unchanged color of a house...
Also determines what goes on inside.
No matter how many renovations have taken place.
Or evolving maturities of the people living in it.
All people will do is to talk about what they 'knew'.
Or what they've been told.
And...
Most of the time what is known,
Had been heard from one's now grown children...

American Soldier
American Soldier
When I say... 'I am an American Soldier'
I'm not shouting I'm better than you.
I'm whispering, I was a boy, and now
find myself a man.
When I say... 'I am an American
Soldier'
I speak not only of this with pride
I'm also confessing that I stumble,

Death of an Innocent
I went to a party, mom, I remember what you said.
You told me not to drink, mom, so I drank soda instead.
I really felt proud inside, mom, even though the others said I should.
I know I did the right thing, mom, I know you are always right.
Now the party is finally ending, mom, as everyone is driving out of site.
As I got into my car, mom, I knew I would get home in one piece.
Because of the way you raised me, mom, so responsible and sweet.
I stared to drive away, mom, but I pulled out into the road,
The other car didn’t see me, mom, and hit me like a load.
As I lay here on the payment, mom, I hear the policeman say,
The other guy is drunk, mom, and now I’m the one who will pay.
I’m lying here dying, mom, I wish you’d get here soon.
How could this happen to me, mom? My life just burst like a balloon.
There is blood all around me, mom, and most of it is mine.
I hear the medic say, mom, I’ll die in a short time.
I just wanted to tell you, mom, I swear I didn’t drink.
