Quotes about flag, page 44
Til Capitainlieutenant Chr. Wulff
Du fører Danmarks Løve
Og Danmarks stolte Flag,
Og Seiren kan ei tøve
I en retfærdig Sag.
Gud er med os i Slaget,
Hvor Ærlighed gaaer frem.
Bring Kongen, Folket, Flaget
Med Seierskrands her hjem!

War
Blood on the ground,
Tears in our eyes,
We may have won,
But so many lost their lives,
The flag is still waving,
In the morning sky,
And I tip my hat in thanks,
Because they fought for my life.

History is written by the winners. The books say the Indians were bad guys and the whites just needed a little land. It's like, Excuse me, let me take your car. I'm discovering it. I'm putting my flag on your windshield.

For me, I'm just trying to be the best at what I do. I'll wave an Asian American flag if I get that opportunity. I'm not hiding or trying to discredit my background or anything, I just haven't had the opportunity.

If the flag of an armed enemy of the U.S. is allowed to fly over government buildings, then it implies that slavery, or at least the threat of slavery, is sanctioned by that government and can still legally exist.

My main point in this regard was to compete for my country and my people and to receive the support of the entire Cuban society, to carry my flag in whatever competition I was in, the Olympic Games, Pan-American Games.

The American flag, Old Glory, standing tall and flying free over American soil for 228 years is the symbol of our beloved country. It is recognized from near and afar, and many lives have been lost defending it.

Spanish Flag
You called me when i was in the bathroom but,
You could not leave your message;
But when we met the following day,
You told me about this call!
And saluted me like my Spanish Flag,
Because i won the World Cup!

Problem+reaction+solution=control
“Black Flag Ops” create the PROBLEM
Then wait for fear-induced REACTION
Once dust settles they offer SOLUTION
‘Tis how elite gain power n’ CONTROL

A Reaction...
we still have our flag
flying high every Monday
on Fridays we fold them
together as one
national treasure
there are no wars here
that may tear the flags
for more bandages
i am glad and still proud
to be Filipino.
