Quotes about unravel, page 5

Watching A Galaxy

I collect the unknown fears,
better than the known.
Winds start a virgin dance
of reeds.
There was a music for a monk
I prepare myself
to run into the storm.

You are not, what you pretend to be
and I also don’t need to see the ugly inside.
Enigma for apology,
to erode the authority-
for which you carry a mask, to beat the truth.

Where and when we will meet
for interpretations? Sleep may bring
a quick death of a nova
unravel the secret
of a flying prayer.

No Rest For The...

In a mere moments break--
My tears pour like rain...
Endlessly falling...
Into an enormous river of regret;
Time passes ever so rapidly as
Ceaseless agonies conspire
To unravel the delicate balance
Of my head and heart;
Torment knows no end---
Picking away tenaciously...
Disturbing my hopes
Of any miracles forthcoming---
Leaving me to my wits
And strong belief in God
Who i run to often
But most especially now;

God

Day and night I wander widely through the wilderness of thought, Catching dainty things of fancy most reluctant to be caught. Shining tangles leading nowhere I persistently unravel, Tread strange paths of meditation very intricate to travel.

Gleaming bits of quaint desire tempt my steps beyond the decent.
I confound old solid glory with publicity too recent.
But my one unchanged obsession, wheresoe'er my feet have trod,
Is a keen, enormous, haunting, never-sated thirst for God

Disgrace

We work all day
for a house and car.
Tarred and feathered
is what we are.
Stuck like Brer Rabbit
trying to get away
from mortgages and loans
and all we pay.

But that's the good
old American way.
We complain and comlain
but have no say.
We need a place to live
and a way to travel
so we pay and watch
our accounts unravel.

The cycle's unending.
The road's too long.

By a Babbling Brook

This dismal scene inspires me none
Me thinks to sleep for forty winks,
An’ let the brook babble on.
I will close my eyes and
Try to unravel the babble of
A babbling brook.
Maybe it’s a soothing song,
Maybe I’m wrong, but listen
Oh my yes it is indeed it is,
With its dribble and drabble
An’ swirly gurgles
Gurgling and swirling along,
The ducks are quacking
Their peace the frogs are lacking,
An’ by golly I’m singing a babbling song.
Well now me thinks
I’ll have that forty winks.

I Do Not Die

Manipulating grief, dirty hands -
open the lid,
release imagos. Eyes are blank.

You unravel the last of roses.
Surface tension wavers. An imbecile
sky pours the eyes, nose and ears.

Courtyard fills again, morphed resurrection.
I am persona non grata
in my own home. The moon does not cry.

Mystical lights. Headstones not legible.
Lockjaw. Waiting for morning-glory.
Stars are blinking.

Still I am stupid, courting my failures.
Cushion of thorns, I am weary of heavens.
Me, this earth, I do not die.

From the Inside of Your Own Mind

Be you physically freed.
Or mentally tied up trapped in knots.
Encased in invisible limitations...
Viewed from a perspective,
You can not seem to stop!

It is 'you' that has to be faced.
It is 'you' that has to find your place.
It is you and no one other,
That has to unravel what it takes...
To deliver an approval,
No one can erase.
Or say what it is,
A happiness only you allow and make.
To give and let live...
From the inside of your own mind.

There for you to discover.
And there...
For 'you' as it is to define.

Innocence of This Compassion

Children understand
The sorrow of the heart,
They’re moved to such incredible
Acts of tenderness
When watching an adult
Unravel and fall apart.

I used to walk
In the summer evening
With the one I adored
Through a valley of stone;
And when the local children noticed I now walked alone,
They gave me flowers
And sacred prayers.

If my face turns skeleton
With dry withering eyes
That blow away
Like the crumbling mist
Of autumn leaves,

When The Tranquility Rules

One has to play innings of life,
Ample joy be there or be full of grief.
As a river flows the life in any way
Deep n calm or be in a spate it may.

Youth enables to enjoy all the tides
Captivating life with joy and grief.
Advent of the evening though may chide,
Shaking the soul for a moment brief.

Ups and downs faced in the life
Ought to unravel meaning of life,
Enabling to take life in its' stride
Like a Sthitpradnya and a being refined.

Joy n sorrow then lose their meaning
When tranquility rules over the evening.

Druther Dumpers

Druther dumpers,
Free to voice their opinions publicly...
At the expense of others,
Disguised as 'entertainment'.
And...
With a freedom to broadcast their beliefs,
May be considered by many...
To provide comedic relief.
But are given pseudo power...
To maim the intelligence,
Of those who can not distinguish...
Between one who uses satire,
As a means to divide...
The ones captivated by thoughts,
That leads to maximizing a destruction....
Represent intentions to incite and incense,
An advertising to actively unravel and not to mend.
