Crossing

The body was arched in a denial mode
on the rose bed, unsettling human emotion
in the train of lots. A broken chain
of thoughts outranking the holiness of crime.
I am not getting the signals of fire, sparks
or flames. Only smoke on the mirror. It was
becoming a murder, discarding the clay, terracotta,
color in Indian summer. A sensuous dance
begins, on the mobiles. The portfolio contains the
numbers of streets for total annihilation so
the visual footprints will disappear. The mathematical
progress of genes halts. Million fingers will
write history of wailing waves, frightened
of hot winds.

Sin’s Origin

And God rent
the fabric
of design
upon creation

tracing a nightmare
being upon
the silent
cosmic void.

Hot after perfection
inspiration lusting
a sensuous solitary
edenic man

desire flesh incarnate
bound beauty bound bondage
lusting liquids

Intimate Opportunity

She appears to me through a clouded transom.
Scarce on pleasures troubling over the past years.
She smiles in my direction which is encouraging.
Old-fashioned connecting as the eyes meet.
A moment of pause before any words are spoken.
Of course the body dispenses language all it's own.
The susceptible zone entered as we move closer.
Sensuous is the air hearing one another breathe.
Comfortably settled in our space we embrace.
Freezing time on it's hinges lies our anticipation.
Imagination turns to excitement once her lips glaze mine.
Broken barriers of fantasy linked bounds to what is reality.

~ Some Factors of If

if wishes could replace my tins of sardines
I'd be swimming so fast to you overseas

if lucky meant winning on spun lotto balls
I'd buy us an island but no shopping malls

if dreams could convey that doubts stay away
I'd hope for a plane ride and more than okay

if valuables stayed safe when carried on my back
I’d chose your soft naked as the only ting I’d pack

if depressions cut through valleys to pave waves for sun
we’d slide on down that mountain and radiate in free run

if time, my love, for us would hitch on hike to bring advance
we'd glide into infinity in sensuous, slow long dance.

Books and Seasons

Because the sky is blue; because blithe May
Masks in the wren's note and the lilac's hue;
Because -- in fine, because the sky is blue
I will read none but piteous tales to-day.
Keep happy laughter till the skies be gray,
And the sad season cypress wears, and rue;
Then, when the wind is moaning in the flue,
And ways are dark, bid Chaucer make us gay.
But now a little sadness! All too sweet
This springtide riot, this most poignant air,
This sensuous world of color and perfume.
So listen, love, while I the woes repeat
Of Hamlet and Ophelia, and that pair
Whose bridal bed was builded in a tomb.

Drunk And Disorderly

Poor, staggering brute, whom one and all disdain!
Maybe 'twas outraged Nature bade him slake
His thirst like this — to still the gnawing ache
Of weary bones that else would ache in vain.
Maybe crushed spirit and stagnating brain
Only in this delirious fever wake
To transient joys of fancy that can take
The sting from want, the bitterness from pain.

Punish the drunkard! Confiscate the bowl!
But give fair wage for work, give health and hope
To check the waste that calls for such repair;
Give food to toil- worn body and starved soul,
And give the pinched imagination scope
For sensuous pleasure in a purer air.

A Poem In Visible Darkness

Your love stirs my body
Tender-leaf-body nods
To the balmy sensuous breath
Blown on the nape
In this wilderness I’m enclosed in
I searched for your heart beat
There’s hidden
Your touch
Your love
The colour of earth under my feet
Turned from brown to red;
I was blushing in anticipation
I quickly looked around for a niche
Where we might fold into each other
Where a bird didn’t quiver
Where a leaf didn’t stir
Where on the sky the last star too
Slipped into sleep…

There there I wish to remain

Violet Fire

Renewal revels on golden islands
No encumber some vicissitudes
We are the pink rocks of romance
Freedom soars on porcelain angels
Leaves of classic paganism
Inside the tubes of wet forests
Symbiotic truth in your flesh
Poetry of the inner loom
Canals pour their elastic walls
She is the hot moon

Burning trees of green wind
Blue birds like sensuous fire
All monasteries rooted in the desert
Time in pink talons on nipple mountains
Seize the moment in hungry red
Silk stockings around my cerebellum
Stars of silk decadence
Our passion reaches knowledge
Knowledge of ancient flowers

Sonnet: This World’s Most Men

Man is a schemer, treacherous clumsy!
Oppressing and suppressing his neighbors;
Thieving and giving excuses, flimsy;
Living in vanity, wasting his hours.

Some lead an unscrupulous life till the end;
Some live by sleight of hand and deception;
Some live a miserly life, ne’er to lend;
And some are dubious right from inception.

Some lead a life insensible, sensuous;
While, some are despots craving for power;
And some are selfish, jealous, and cautious;
Some live a life of wine in a bower.

Yet, few abide by God’s tenets and code;
These are the ones who will reach His Abode.

The Red Dress In A Breeze

Caressed to enfold your beautiful body the gentle breeze
Seems attracted to skim your every curve tightening your dress
To a Carmen’s level, provocative alluring, sensuous,

The stunning flowers behind you smile, inhaling your presence,
The red dress crowned with your shining black hair
Blocks out everything the eye can see except your lips.

This without a word beckons I to kiss,
The evening curtains close on the moon
Winking then casting shadows for I to draw near,

The red dress glows in the dark
Both our arms gently hold each other,
We say nothing

Only
That kiss of bliss, amore,
Imagination makes love.
