Understanding Reality
Good work comes to those who are real in their effort,
Good will is a factor of brilliance in the ways of the world,
Good living carried all audacity throughout the time,
Good jobs are distinct now that they pursue righteous action.
The right and the wrong are committed on the side of despair,
Despair has a token of deceit,
And I am the weapon that carried sleep,
Sleep is an amazing dreamery.

A Tender Heart
A tender heart
is a heart that cares.
It gives love
everyone can share.
It is there when you’re feeling low
to raise the spirit so.
A tender heart
cannot be broken
as it is a giving token.
Watching over
the ones, it loves
to help them in their despair.
So if you meet a tender heart
nurture it with love
so it can care.
Don’t push it aside
for you might need it one day
when you are in despair.

Devotion 1678 Initial Version
Devotion now, as then, persists,
as wellspring which may not be broken,
lament turns triumph and insists
upon a heartfelt love's sighed token.
Thus memory may troubles soothe,
prepare for future brow unfurrowed,
as hope and trust henceforth removed
all thorns, all storms, all dark caves burrowed.
Time slips away, yet one eternal
poetess all praise deserves,
who, light-in-darkness, all infernal
blocks spiting tocsin - never swerves

Wedding Vows of a wife
i give you my heart as a token of my love
for JESUS filled it from above.
i searched my whole life through
for a man such as you.
i saw in you all that i desired
and you set my heart on fire.
i see that you are a caring and a non violent man
and praised me when i took a stand.
on all that i believe and feel to be true.
that's the reason i have fallen in love with you.
so on this beautiful day in my life
i consent to be your wife.

Postcards from Mat
Mat Hyuin is an interesting fellow,
a tad destructive and just a tad mellow.
His laughter is hopeful, his sex is supreme,
his birth is a beautiful, guilty machine.
His war is a terror, his killing is token
the gears of his faithful economy, broken.
His vision is blurry his hindsight is sharp
and equally skillful with bowstring and harp.
He lives in the moment but thinks in the past
and wonders what happened, where time went so fast.

419
tonight she takes us to Dubai
the place where new dreams are woven
from sand
they left the lands of their birth
to work in the land where
the color of gold is black
my friend writes:
the pot of gold is found right here
come, come and be with us
there is nothing in the land where you live
the promise is broken
there is no token
come, come and be with us
let us partake of this sadness

Hymn Of The Puritans
Arm me, Lord, my strength redouble,
Heaven open, heed my trouble!
God, if my cause Thine shall be,
Grant a day of victory!
Fell all Thy foes now!
Fell all Thy foes now!
Roll forth Thy thunders, Thy lightning affright them,
Into the pit, the bottomless, smite them,
Their seed uproot,
Tread under foot!
Send then Thy snowy white dove peace-bringing,
Unto Thy faithful Thy token winging,
Olive-branch fair of Thy summer's fruition
After the deluge of sin's punition!

A Token
Send me some token to remain
as a sign of the feelings which between us grow
and in years and times of pain
I will of this as a confirmation know.
I do not beg a ring
or even a long letter
or even a small thing,
but want something much better.
Your picture, your voice
is drawing me close
and from my own choice
I need something for you to enclose:
Just a word that you love me as before,
and the notion that you know that I love you much more.

On Tall Mountain
Two names were sung in sky
by a pair of goldfinches,
little by little, their wishes,
became a solitude awry.
Gray clouds gathered where,
his glance searched nigh,
affable were his solemn try,
within her sparkling stare.
Embraced dreams she loved,
oceans to pass and lands;
a painful token in her hands,
weds white satin gloved.
On tall mountain he stayed,
lying forever amidst rock;
his name delineated by chalk,
by drizzle washed away;
