Only the unmaterialistic will succeed when the going gets tough
Bob Dylan's song the times are a changing is quite relevant to today
And great change from us is not that far away.

These Corporate Crims

These corporate crims are no longer quite rare
And plenty of them in the big World out there
But of the Universal Consciousness so little we know
In karma 'tis true that we reap what we sow.

These super rich crims to themselves may drink a toast
But for their crimes 'tis the have nots who do suffer the most
The more money they have the more they seem to need
And many must grow poorer because of their greed.

They do not spare one thought for those in poverty
And they lack in compassion and in empathy
Their greed for more money it leads them to crime
And far better than them are in jail serving time.

To the laws of fair trade respect they do not pay
But we reap what we sow that is the karmic way
Their great lust for money to crime them does lead
But others must suffer because of their greed.

Of Human Greed In These Tough Times

Of Human greed in these tough times we read of and we hear
Company C E O's not paid in thousands but in millions every year
Yet few of their type known for to help anyone in poverty
In a World where some have too much so much inequality
So many wealthy people from our Earth Mother take and take
From her precious resources their fortunes they do make
Her gold, silver and precious minerals, her uranium and coal
The more they have the more they want their greed out of control
For abusing the one we live off of the price may be huge to pay
Of droughts and famines caused by Climate Change we read and hear of every day
For the curse of Global Warming human greed in part to blame
Our abuse of our Earth Mother is only to our shame
The World is getting warmer from north to southern shore
And the greedy from our Earth Mother keep on stealing more and more.

Because I Am The Giver Then I Am Inexhaustible

i have been thinking about greed
your greed with specifics
the details crop in cramped inside these craniums
and i am honestly
disturbed but i shall not let this matter
unmake me
i won't allow this to infect the flesh that you are eating
i shall be strong
and be willing to part with everything i have
all for you
and when every part of me is consumed
every ear, eye and even the mind
my heart reduced to nothing
not even shreds of paper
then you must leave
and you shall part with all satisfaction that

you have taken everything from me

The Murder Of Humanity

Once there lived two friends,
human and humanity.
human was loving and caring,
while humanity spread peace and brotherhood.
under their friendship tree,
everyone was happy and merry.
in the same world lived Hate and Greed, full of sinister.
very different from all the other.
who were always jealous of human and humanity,
and they tried hard to part the friends
and throw them away in different ends.
the did succeed,
in the heart of human they planted hate-seed.
soon the seed started to rear,
and human was left with no love and care.
it turned furious towards humanity.
all their friendship woes turned into enmity.
hate and greed infected human one after the other.
and made human to commit the murder.
end of peace was marked with the murder of humanity,

Enough Is Enough

We are the guardians of this world
yet we try to destroy it with greed.
We chop down rainforests here and there
not caring about the wildlife who share it.
We fish certain species to distinction
not thinking what we do.

Mother Nature then says enough is enough
and throws us a few warnings
to take heed and mend our ways.
They come in the shape of violent storms,
floods, earthquakes and such
to show us she means business.

Still we ignore her warnings
carrying on as if nothing has happened.
We just carry on poisoning
everything greed wants to control
until one day and it will come
we will have nothing at all.

2008 Wall Street Crash

Wall Street 2008 crashes causes global downturn.
Verdict into shock cause January 2011 is finally out.
Taking too many risks. Ask questions whoever for?
No surprises corrupt bankers regulators politicians.

Wall report precisely names the causes interpretation.
Republican Democrat data spin split on ripe party lines.
Each fingers opponent manipulates data interpretation
double party system proves to be double jeopardy sins.

Bankers not controlled by regulators not controlled
by politicians who line their patron protected pockets.
Incomes small fortunes each over half a million a year
pay no taxes put all debt upon fleeced shoulders poor.

Real cause of 2008 Wall Street Crash is now crystal clear
greed greed self serving greed at nation public expenses.
Split on party lines means impact advice has no impact.
Bail out of Wall Street Crash runs US debt to 15 trillion?

Greed be the Ruler?

Do we really want our greed to be the ruler of our life
when all we get for our effort is agony and strife?
We keep chasing after dollars each and every day
but if it's really worth the time is very hard to say.

The need for ever bigger things has taken a firm hold
but treasures in our heart are worth far more than gold
instead we stress and run around like rats within a cage
we work ourselves into the ground and end up in a rage.

We live with tunnel vision having just one goal in mind
to use our hard earned dollars and buy all we can find.
With a big promotion and more money greed will grow
we want more material wealth that we can put on show.

This is the world we live in if we shut our spirit out
we'll never cherish what we have of that there is no doubt
but if we put aside our greed to see how we are blessed
we'll recognise that we have always had the very best.

Mistaken for love

Her tears flow,
Down they roll,
Never to stop,
The man she loves,
Has betrayed and burned,
Everything that she called love,
Lost in thoughts,
She walks away from the shack,
He has mistaken,
For her love is stronger than hate,
